She's Happy With Her Body
Crosby opened up about her wellness and health journey in an interview with NowToLove. She revealed that she's currently comfortable with her body. "I'm feeling really happy and confident about my body at the minute. I'm actually the happiest I've been in a long time."
She Has Cheat Days, But Works Hard On Those Days
Crosby tells NowToLove that she isn't afraid of having some cheat days once in a while. She says that when she has those days, she exercises a little more. "Aim to do an extra bit of exercise on the day you're going out to compensate. A cheat day doesn't mean you can stuff yourself for the entire day."
She Fell Back In Love With Fitness
Crosby tells DailyStar that she started to work out more when the pandemic first hit. She says that this allowed her to fall in love with fitness again. "All my work got canceled. For the first time in maybe 10 years, I was in one place for longer than a week. It gives me time to really get back into fitness. It reignited that fire."
She Drinks Enough Water
Crosby tells NowToLove that one of her biggest wellness secrets is staying hydrated. "Drink plenty of water. I try to drink three litres per day. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, so if you keep flushing your system out, you don't feel as hungover, which means you won't have cravings!"
She Doesn't Eat The Same Breakfast Everyday
Crosby broke down her daily diet to NowToLove, and she revealed that she doesn't eat the same breakfast each day. "I have a rota going so I don't get bored – I'll have poached eggs on toast twice a week, porridge once, yoghurt and fruit once. If you're having the same every day, you're more likely to slip up."
