She Eats 1,500 Calories Per Day

When Charlotte was ready to lose weight after her last baby, she started working with nutritionist Jo Travers, who created  a 1,500-calorie diet full of healthy versions of her favourite meals. "I don't over-eat now, I've learned about portion sizes. There's still fish and chips on my plan, just a much smaller version. I want people to eat and not starve themselves!" she told Closer.

She Dances

Charlotte hates the gym, she dances off the calories instead. "I hate the idea of running on a treadmill or being among super-fit girls at the gym. I found a brilliant dance workout online that I could do during Noah's naps. I did it most days for 20-30 minutes and I've literally shaken my belly off while being daft in my living room," she told Closer.

She Tracks Her Progress

Charlotte regularly shares before and after photos and videos of her transformation. "How funny is this?!🤣 looking back on this video.. With my chunkeh but funkeh belleh in the way no wonder I couldn't lunge let alone knew what one was…" she captioned one of them. "Sometimes I do forget how far I've come and tbh I did used to feel then that I would never be able to change. It is honestly possible whatever size you are or whatever your lifestyle, you can make small changes every day that will get you there. And then one day you can do a lunge!!"

She Created Her Own Diet/Workout Method

Charlotte created her own diet and workout method, Belleh Blaster. One of the main goals? Making exercise fun. "Eeeh we have some belleh laffs with Belleh Blaster! Like who wants to do exercise where you're being shouted at and bored backwards?!"

She Indulges in Self-Care

Charlotte makes sure to take time out of her busy schedule to indulge in self-care. "Never too old for a foot rub off your mama 🤣🤣🤣 good luck with barreh n bill me bunions trace," she captioned this post.
