She Walks on the Beach

Jess spends a lot of time at the beach and often takes a stroll in the sand. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

She Swims

Jess also loves swimming – in the ocean and pool – which is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

She Jumps on the Trampoline

Jess also jumps on the trampoline, which is a surprisingly great way to get fit. A NASA study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology claims that rebounding exercise is 68 percent more efficient than jogging. As far as calories burned, a study by the American Council on Exercise found that mini trampoline workouts effectively burn an average of 12.4 calories per minute for men and 9.4 calories per minute for women. According to a 2016 in the Journal of Sport and Health Science trampoline jumping also helps with bone density and strength.

She Takes Hot Baths

Jess also loves relaxing in the bath, which can do your body and mind good. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

She Gets Injections

Jess is open about her love of filler and injections. She even shared a TikTok video of herself getting them via her doctor's TikTok page, klnikbydrrosh. In it she gets temple filler to lift the brows, cheek filler for "that snatched look," and anti-wrinkle injections.
