Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar is enjoying a pool day. And she is looking incredible while taking a dip. She Loves Green Juices
Gellar opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with WhoWhatWear. She says that she loves to make green juices for breakfast. "My favorite thing is to have a green juice. I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. That's my favorite thing before I work out."
She Loves PlateFit
In her WhoWhatWear interview, Gellar broke down her workout routine. She says that she has a lot of favorite exercises, including PlateFit workouts and classes. "I love PlateFit and the feeling of being on a Power Plate. I love how quickly I can work out and get such a great exercise."
She Goes Outside
Gellar is a big fan of going outside and doing outdoor activities. She tells WhoWhatWear, "I also love being outside, so swimming, hiking, anything like that is great as well." Gellar posts a lot of outdoor photos and videos on her Instagram account, including this video of her ziplining.
She Does Pilates
Gellar is open about her love of Pilates as a way to workout. Pilates is apparently one of Gellar's go-to fitness routines. "I love Pilates because it centers me and it also strengthens my body," she tells WhoWhatWear.
She Doesn't Have A Scale
Gellar tells SELF that she doesn't own a scale, and doesn't believe in weighing herself. "You can't live your life by the scale. We don't even have one in our house. I've never believed in them, because your weight fluctuates. It's more about how my clothing fits than a number. Besides, if you deny yourself everything because you're so focused on the mirror or the scale, then when do you get to enjoy life?"
