She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

How does the 29-year-old keep herself so fit? Read on to see 5 of Olivia Culpo’s best tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Eat Healthy...Most of the Time

Olivia is a big proponent to eating healthy, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she explained to Hamptons magazine about her diet. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." She added to Women’s Health that she fuels up on healthy fiber and protein throughout the day. She starts her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."

2. Set Aside 20 Minutes for Exercise

You don’t need to set aside an hour for a workout. In her recent social media campaign, Olivia created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains. Why is it so great? Because "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."

3. Find Workouts You Can Do Everywhere

Finding a workout that can be done anytime, anyplace is setting yourself up for success. Olivia does P.volve, a low-impact workout with portable equipment that can be done anywhere. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."

4. Snack Healthy

Isolated,Vegetables,And,DipsShutterstock

Arming yourself with healthy snacks helps prevent grabbing something not quite as nutritious. "I'm obsessed with nuts," Olivia told Women's Health. She prefers salted over unseasoned dubbing them "too boring." She also mixes her nuts with other goodies. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.

5. Be Consistent

"I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," Olivia told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." She also explains that fitting in a workout every day, even when you are busy, is key. "I try stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."

2. She Makes A Large, Healthy Breakfast

Culpo tells HollywoodLife that while she isn’t anti-carbs, she does cut them out sometimes, especially when she’s preparing for something important. “I try really hard. I really try to cut out carbs when I’m not working. When I’m preparing for something and being good, I cut out carbs.”

4. She Loves SoulCycle

Culpo says that she tries to get in a quick cardio workout each day. In fact, she’s encouraging her followers to do so on her Instagram. “I started something on my Instagram called the 20-Minute Cardio Challenge, and that is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I’ve been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes,” she says to Hamptons magazine. “You want to get your endorphins going—get some movement going. It’s just something that it doesn’t feel too overwhelming. We’ll get you moving, and before you know it, it’s over.”

6. She Believes in The 80/20 Rule

Culpo tells Hamptons magazine that she’s a fan of the 80/20 rule when it comes to dieting. This means splitting your diet between eating healthily 80% of the time, and indulging 20% of the time. Culpo says that this really works for her. “I stick to the 80-20 rule,” she says. “Eighty percent of the time I’m really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever but indulge a little more, I guess you could say. That’s worked really well for me in general, especially this past year, where obviously everyone’s just trying to find comfort wherever they can. Eating salad 24/7 is not going to give you that kind of comfort.”

Olivia-CulpoOlivia Culpo/Instagram

Culpo revealed some of her wellness secrets to Shape Magazine. She revealed that she struggles with endometriosis, and has turned to holistic healing methods to help. “Right now, I'm trying to figure out new ways to heal holistically through what I'm eating and the rest that I'm giving myself. 2. She Believes In The 80/20 Rule

When it comes to eating, Culpo believes in balance. She tells Shape that she still indulges from time to time, and uses a popular eating plan to do so. "My eating philosophy is the 80-20 rule,” she says. “80 percent of the time I'm super healthy, and 20 percent of the time I indulge.”

4. She Loves High Intensity Interval Training

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

Megan Fox Swears By These 5 Habits to Stay Fit

Discover Megan Fox's secrets to staying fit and looking youthful at 38.

Megan Fox might be 38, but has she even aged a year since she made her mark on the big screen in Transformers at the age of 20? The actress, currently pregnant with her fourth child, clearly knows a thing or two about diet, fitness, and self-care. Here are 5 of the core habits that help keep her fit and looking decades younger at 38.

She Make Her 2 Workout Per Week Count

A super fit Megan Fox pops by the Revolve Festival 2024

“I don’t exercise. If God had wanted me to bend over, he would have put diamonds on the floor,” Megan once joked in an Instagram post. In all seriousness, exercise does play a role. However, she works out a lot less than you would think. "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training," she told E! News.

She Avoids Processed Foods and Carbs

Megan has a few non-negotiables with her diet. "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she told E! News. According to GLAMOUR, when she does eat bread it will be gluten-free. As for cheat meals? "I don't have any cheat days," she told E! News. "But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."

She Also Avoids Alcohol

Megan is “completely sober,” she told Glamour. “I don't even drink a glass of wine. I don't ever smoke. I don't drink coffee. I'm super strict with my diet and I never deviate," she added. "When I was in Costa Rica, somebody described the purpose of alcohol with plant medicine: you use alcohol to extract the essence of a plant. And I thought, 'That is exactly how alcohol makes me feel. As though it is extracting my essence.' Which is why I have avoided it for so long."

She Meditates

Megan makes time for self-care, which she describes as “enough quiet time to be able to connect to my super consciousness, my higher consciousness, connect to God, connect to spirit,” she explained to Glamour. “And this lifestyle makes it very difficult sometimes.
