However, she works out a lot less than you would think. "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training," she told E! News.

Megan has a few non-negotiables with her diet. "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she told E! News. According to GLAMOUR, when she does eat bread it will be gluten-free. As for cheat meals? "I don't have any cheat days," she told E! News. "But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."

Megan is “completely sober,” she told Glamour. “I don't even drink a glass of wine. I don't ever smoke. I don't drink coffee. I'm super strict with my diet and I never deviate," she added. "When I was in Costa Rica, somebody described the purpose of alcohol with plant medicine: you use alcohol to extract the essence of a plant. And I thought, 'That is exactly how alcohol makes me feel. As though it is extracting my essence.' Which is why I have avoided it for so long."

Megan makes time for self-care, which she describes as “enough quiet time to be able to connect to my super consciousness, my higher consciousness, connect to God, connect to spirit,” she explained to Glamour. “And this lifestyle makes it very difficult sometimes. I do feel very lost when I’m not able to do that, so I have to have time to ground myself. And that is being able to do the metaphysical things that I like to do, the spiritual things that I like to do and having silence. I avoid my phone as much as I possibly can all the time, but there are times where I avoid it completely. The same thing with anything that has an LED light in it. And I just go back to what our bodies were made for, which is to be in nature and to be silent within ourselves.”

Fox is likely exercising during her fourth pregnancy. She trained with Pasternak during her others. "We worked out throughout her entire pregnancy. She was a model of health through the whole process. She really educated herself big time and had a great relationship with her physician so she really understood the safe boundaries of how to exercise and eat well during pregnancy," he told People in 2012. "As a result, she knew how active she could be and she was very consistent and didn’t overdo it."

Karstoft is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that they have a lot of benefits. “Lunges primarily target the lower body muscles, but they’ll call on your core muscles, too, because they’re a unilateral (one-sided) exercise. Lunges can be a top strength exercise to add to your fitness routine. There are dozens of ways to vary them, either by altering the move or adding resistance — and the payoff for doing them is big, namely a stronger lower body.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Karstoft likes to use a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. She shared two videos of herself on the bike in this Instagram post. According to Penn State PRO Wellness, using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Cycling is an excellent way to get your heart pumping. Cardiovascular or aerobic workouts, such as cycling, strengthen your heart, lungs, and muscles. They also improve the flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Karstoft also likes to run on the treadmill to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing so. Karstoft captioned it, “Traveled to SA to run indoors 🤪 but hey, 70% body weight and one step closer to running outside! The session: I’ve had some discomfort around some ligaments in the operated foot, so we needed to start easy to see how it felt. 60% → 65% → 70% body weight throughout the session. 8 x 25 seconds at 19 km/h with 1 min rest.”

Karstoft also likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself taking a dip in Barcelona. In one of her Instagram Reels, Reese revealed that she starts the morning off on a hydrating note. “Start the day with a big glass of water,” she wrote. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Reese tries to eat healthy but doesn’t go to extreme measures. “I don’t believe in crash dieting or anything like that," Reese told Us Weekly. "I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning," she added to Radio Times. She loves nutritionist Kim Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which consists of spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice. "I start every day with a Glowing Green Smoothie and so does my whole family!" she wrote in a testimonial on Snyder's website

"I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy,” she told Us Weekly. Her trainer, Michael George, revealed to Shape that she does cardio for 30 minutes six times per week. Reese added to Radio Times that she wakes up at 5:30 a.m. so she can work out by 7:30 a.m. "I probably do that six days a week," she said.

Her diet is also on point. She explained to the Toronto Sun that she maintains a healthy and balanced diet. “We definitely try to eat mindfully,” she said. “As I always say to my kids, ‘You have to eat the good stuff to get the good stuff.’” She added, “remain calm, drink your water, get your sleep and be joyful.”
