5 Ways Madison Beer Maintains Her Bikini Body

Madison Beer is an extremely successful singer. She’s known for hits like “Make You Mine”, “Selfish”, and “Reckless.” Madison is also known for her amazing figure, leaving many of her fans wondering what her secrets are. Well, now you are about to find out some of them. Here are 5 of Madison Beer’s exercise and wellness secrets, and the photos that prove they work.
She Dances
Since Madison is a singer, she also does a lot of dancing. Madison learns choreography for her music videos and live performances. Dancing has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports that dancing is a great cardio workout. “It’s an aerobic exercise which helps our body use oxygen, which helps increase our heart rate,” said Kellie Grabfelder, DPT, physical therapist for Cleveland Clinic. “It gets our blood pumping through our body and oxygen to our muscles. And this can even aid in weight loss for people.”
She’s All About Self-Care
Madison shared some of her wellness secrets with Refinery29. One of her favorite self-care practices is taking baths. “My favorite way to wind down and end the day is with a hot bath. Today, I’m using lavender essential oils and some Epsom salt to make for a really relaxing soak. I also usually light candles and listen to music to help myself unwind.”
She Meditates
Another of Madison’s wellness secrets is practicing meditation. “Just like it’s important to check in with loved ones when times are tough, it’s equally as important to check in with yourself,” she tells Refinery29. “I take stock of my emotions and let myself feel them. When things feel too overwhelming, I practice a breathing exercise my therapist taught me, which always helps to ease my anxiety: Take a deep breath, hold it for five seconds, then release the air, along with any negative thoughts you’re holding on to.”
She Watches Workout Videos On YouTube
Madison likes watching workout videos on YouTube to help her stay in shape. “This morning I wake up feeling particularly motivated to work out, so I take advantage of the moment,” she tells Refinery29. “I cue up a workout video on YouTube. Today it’s a bit of yoga with an added ab and arm workout. There are so many great options for at-home fitness online. I always feel ten times better if I fit in a sweat session before I start my day, so I’m feeling pretty accomplished.”
She Walks
Madison also loves walking as a way to stay in shape and take care of her mental health. She talked about this to Refinery29. “I’m taking my daily isolation walk with the dogs solo today to do some reflecting and take time for myself. This daily ritual has been such a positive part of my isolation experience. Not only is it nice to get some fresh air and move my body, but it’s also been critical in maintaining a positive mental state.”
