Tiffani Thiessen is an icon for all generations. 90’s babies love her for her roles as Kelly Kapowski on Saved By The Bell and Valerie Malone on Beverly Hills – 90210. 2000s kids love her for her cooking shows and prowess, and her role as Lori on Alexa & Katie. Throughout her long career, Tiffani hasn’t aged. Despite being 51, she looks 20 years younger, which can be credited to healthy habits. Here are 5 of Tiffani Thiessen’s wellness secrets that have kept her looking ageless.

She Loves Lobster

Tiffani shares a lot of her favorite healthy recipes on her Instagram. In this video, she made her version of a BLT sandwich. Tiffani adds lobster to the recipe, and uses lettuce as a wrap instead of bread. She captioned the post, “Can’t get enough lobster this summer 🦞 My Lobster BLT #recipe in the comments below.”

She Prioritizes Wellness

Before Tiffani turned 50, she knew she had to change her wellness routine. She tells People Magazine that she changed her approach to wellness. “Last year, I turned the big 5-0, which was a turning point in my life. It usually is for most people. Before I turned 50, I had a mindset of wanting to be at the best possible place for that age. So, I was working towards what I felt was going to be healthy for me.”

She Does Outdoor Workouts

Tiffani loves doing outdoor workouts to keep herself in shape, and shared some of her favorites with People. “I was doing things like hiking outside or playing pickleball with friends because it really has a lot to do with your mental health too,” she says. “That’s where I think I’ve changed a lot as I’ve gotten older. You get the benefits where you, of course, look better too, but I think when you start with the mental, it actually makes it a little easier.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Tiffani does a lot of different workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites in an interview with SELF Magazine. “I’ve always been someone who doesn’t like doing the same thing every day, so I like to change my workouts up. I do strength training and HIIT classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and then I do mat Pilates on Tuesdays and Thursdays.”

She Loves Corn

A vegetable that Tiffani loves cooking with is corn. In this video on her Instagram, she shared her recipe for corn rips. Tiffani captioned the post, “What you’ll need:​

🌽 Blanched corn, cut into ribs​

🥣 Sauce/coating made with alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese blended with butter, lemon zest ​and freshly ground black pepper

🌶️ Fresno or Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced

🧀 Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ​

🍃Chopped basil and parsley ​

🍋 Lemon wedges to serve.”
