Scary Spice recently got married and looked amazing in her dress.

Summer is prime wedding season, and Mel B just tied the knot with her beau, Rory McPhee. From the looks of it on social media, the ceremony and the bride were beautiful. Mel shared a highlight reel on Instagram. She captioned it, “THE best day of our life ❤️❤️❤️ We cried, we laughed, we cried againnn, there was so many emotions and so much leading up to this moment. She’s Confident

After coming out of an abusive relationship, Mel is working on rebuilding her confidence. She talked about her journey in an interview with Women’s Fitness. “Rebuilding my confidence is a journey I’m going to have to be on for the rest of my life,” she says. “It’s not easy and it takes hard work, but it’s also really fulfilling when I have times and days going out with my friends where I think, ‘Yes, I feel really good’, not just from what I’m wearing but from what I’m feeding my body and my brain.”

She Lifts Weights

Mel shared some of her favorite workouts in her Women’s Fitness interview. She says that as she’s gotten older, she’s started lifting weights. “What a lot of women don’t realise is that, after the age of 35, you need to incorporate weights into your workouts to avoid the risk of getting osteoporosis once you head into menopause,” Mel explained.

She Walks

Another thing Mel does to keep herself fit is going on walks. “Walking in nature with my dogs and incorporating things into my lifestyle that make sense,” she says to Women’s Fitness. “From being around trees and away from traffic, to hearing the birds sing – helps my brain to take a rain check from stress and work, or thinking about making a shopping list or being angry with myself because I didn’t complete my to-do list for the day.”

She Takes Ice Baths

One of Mel’s wellness secrets is taking ice baths. “When I’m submerged, I can’t think of anything apart from taking four counts of breath in and four counts of breath out,” she tells Women’s Fitness. “That’s all I can think of for three minutes. I’m completely free from any worries, and that gives my brain a break. When I’m done with it, I’m full of life and full of energy, and I can be a better mother, a better fiancé, better everything!”

She Runs

Mel makes sure to do cardio to keep herself in shape. One of her favorite forms of cardio is running. Mel shared this photo on Instagram of herself on the treadmill. She captioned the post, “Yep, I’m even shocked at my cardio commitment right now. An hour on the running machine. Fat burning, keeping it interesting jamming to my tunes.”
