Summer House and Traitors star, Ciara Miller, shared some of her favorite workouts with Medium. “I try to incorporate some type of exercise into my weekly routine. This looks very different from week to week. It could be cardio, it could be yoga, pilates, or running. It’s really up to me and what I feel like my body needs at the moment.”
