Natacha Karam is heating up Mexico – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the 9-1-1: Lone Star actress shows off her fit figure in a two-piece workout set while vacationing in the tropics. “Tachee in Tulum Pt 2 🌴,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Boxing

Natacha spends a lot of time throwing punches at L.A.’s Wild Card Boxing Club. Her gym bag “always” has her Winning brand gloves and “like, 600 elastics,” she told Us. “When I’m boxing, my hair falls down. I’ve got loads of hair, so I put 10 elastic bands in my hair to try to keep it up in a bun,” she added. “I’m still here doing what I do. Remembering how winning is done,” she captioned a post of herself sparring. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

2. Hiking

Natacha is also a hiker. “Golden Hour ☀️,” she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

3. Walking

Natacha walks her dog – responsibly. “There's always poo bags for my dog — the most fun ones I can find. Right now they’re purple with polka dots on them,” she told Us. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Roller Skating

Natacha learned how to roller skate for an episode of the show. “My body is naturally imbalanced with how I was born. Skating requires a lot of balance and some good knees. Bad combo for me. But with my amazing coach and many hours both pleasant and unpleasant I really reinforced the lesson that most of it is about mindset, commitment, and heart,” she wrote in a post.

5. Hydration

She also keeps “an Evian water bottle,” in her bag at all times, she told Us. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Brazilian AEW wrestler Tay Conti, aka Taynara Melo de Carvalho, is heating up the Mayan ruins. The beauty, currently vacationing in Mexico, shared some new vacation snaps from an excursion to the ancient temples, wearing a swimsuit as she climbed to the top. “One of the seven wonders in the world, CHICHÉN ITZÁ,” she captioned the image. How does the athlete keep herself fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tay Conti stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Wrestling Is Her Main Workout

“My training routine is kind of crazy, because I do a lot of traveling,” she told Kung Fu Kingdom. “So, I don’t really have a set routine, but of course, wrestling is my priority. I have some great people who help me with things like diet too, and whenever I have time, I train in judo and jiu-jitsu. So a lot of it depends on my traveling schedule, but for the ring material, I’m always preparing for that.”

2. She Plays Soccer

Tay has another surprising stay-fit hobby: Soccer. “I started judo in a soccer club, so I’ve always had a love for soccer. So it’s like, Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, all martial arts, then soccer!” she said about her passions.

3. She Eats “Super Clean” Most of the Time

Rice,,Tomato,And,SteakShutterstock

Tay eats healthy as often as possible. ”I try to eat super clean – but of course, I end up having pizza and burgers! Every time I’m on the road, I try to eat super clean. Rice and steak are my go to’s every time, and I also love carbs, so I have something with carbs every day,” she told Kung Fu Kingdom.

4. She Works Out Al Fresco

During a previous trip to Tulum, she shared photos and videos of an outdoor workout, doing squats and pullups in her swimsuit. “I’m in love with jungle gym 😍 workout in a bikini and with sea view ... it’s a dream,” she tweeted about the outdoor gym.

5. She Has a Positive Attitude

Tay lives by the following mantra: “Believe in yourself.” She told Kung Fu Kingdom: It’s so simple and cliché, but I think it’s really important. When you believe in yourself and put in hard work, anything can happen. Whether you’re poor, or rich, and have your family helping you out, if you believe in yourself, and you work hard, you’ll be able to do whatever you want.”

Alessandra Ambrosio started 2024 off by hitting the ground running—or more specifically, hitting the treadmill running. The former Victoria’s Secret model shared a video of herself wearing a gray two-piece workout outfit, going through an entire routine including running, kettlebells, resistance bands, and stair climbing. “Welcome to my @technogym. Perfect way to start the new year!!!” she captioned the Instagram post. Here’s what Ambrosio’s health and wellness routine look like at 42.

1. Sea, Sand, and Swimwear

Ambrosio’s perfect day is one spent in nature with her family. “I love being woken up by the sound of the ocean, so anywhere near the sea, especially if my kids are around,” she tells Hello!. “We recently went to Fernando de Noronha. It was magical – there are beautiful ocean views all around you. I’d eat a traditional Brazilian breakfast, fruit, avocado, eggs, fresh juices and coffee. I would change into something comfortable, probably Alo Yoga activewear. After yoga I’d jump in the ocean wearing Gal Floripa swimwear followed by a long walk on the beach in my Pangaia sweats.”

2. Beach Volleyball and Beef

Ambrosio’s favorite foods are grilled picanha and sushi, which she enjoys outdoors. “Lately, I have been researching brands like Bottletop that create sustainable products that look amazing,” she tells Hello!. “When I’m not working, I like to let my skin breathe, so I would use Dr Barbara Sturm Sun Drops for SPF protection, and Beautycounter BB Cream after my morning exercise. Instead of heading somewhere else, I would stay in the same place, so I don’t have to travel – and hopefully all of my friends and family will be there so we can play beach volleyball… Staying by the beach in Fernando de Noronha would be a dream afternoon; there is so much nature to explore and it has the most magical sunsets. In Brazil, nature is a huge part of our lives. We are surrounded by the oceans and the Amazon.”

3. Gratitude and Journaling

Directly,Above,View,Of,Blank,Gratitude,Journal,And,Black,PenShutterstock

Ambrosio’s wellness routine is focused around gratitude. “It’s not easy, but I have my tricks,” she tells Forbes. “I like waking up in the morning, doing my coffee, and then I have my diary next to my bed. It’s a 5-minute diary - like a gratitude book. I just write a little bit about what I expect out of my day, what I’m grateful for, so just to start the day in a positive vibe. I have some things that I know how to calm me down, how to center, and how to be present in the moment that I do.”

4. Weights, Weights, Weights

Ambrosio’s workout includes resistance training and Pilates for a fantastic all-body exercise. She’s also a devotee of the Tracy Anderson method. "I have been working with Tracy [Anderson] for last couple years, and what I love about her classes that it does not feel like exercise," Ambrosio told Bravo. "It's almost like taking a fun dance class that targets all of your muscle groups, and you get amazing results...she also has online classes, so when I travel, I am able to work out in my hotel room."

5. Victoria’s Secret Veteran

Ambrosio is proud of her time as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. “Victoria’s Secret was like a family for me and I learned so much with them and it was a brand that I admired,” she tells Forbes. “It was a school for me of modeling because I was working every day. We got to go to so many different places, so it just really made me really comfortable in front of the camera. I don’t know if I would change anything. I guess everything is about learning and when you’re young - I started with Victoria’s Secret when I was 19, so I was still kind of young, even if I thought I knew everything in the world (laughs). I was learning and if I did mistakes, even the mistakes, I think it counts to learn and not to do it again.”

Wrestling champion Nia Jax (real name Savelina Fanene) is taking a break from the madness of the fighting ring to relax, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Jax, 39, shared pictures of herself wearing black workout gear, looking zen and serene as she sat outside in a yoga pose. “Full of gratitude 🙏🏽,” she captioned the post. Here’s what inspired Jax to lose weight, gain a huge amount of confidence, and become an even better fighter.

1. Pilates and Personal Training

Jax says she is currently training in preparation for her return to the ring. "I am training. I'll train over at D-Von Dudley's ring,” she told Bill Apter, via Cultaholic. “He's great and then I go over to Nattie and TJ's [Natalya & TJ Wilson], so they run me through some drills and stuff like that and I have matches. I'll get in the ring every now and then with some of my friends like Charlotte [Flair] and her husband, Manny [Andrade El Idolo)... Right now, I'm enjoying being at home with my family. I have a new nephew and I've kind of started being obsessed with Pilates.”

2. Pickleball Matches

Jax enjoys pickleball matches with her friends, which is a great way to get a cardio workout while having fun. “I think one of the things that we as a society have underestimated is the benefit of being outdoors, and a lot of pickleball is played in the setting of existing tennis courts or other newer courts that are being specially designed for pickleball that are outdoors,” cardiologist and Harvard Medical School professor Dr. Calum MacRae tells CNBC. “Something like pickleball, which is an active, social sport and builds community, sustains people in regular exercise over time. It’s really something that for us is exciting to see.”

3. Losing 48 Pounds

https://twitter.com/LinaFanene/status/1647678220613853186?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1647678220613853186%7Ctwgr%5Ea4bb5a162542c72f194fd5468c7fe117ee866bcb%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sportskeeda.com%2Fwwe%2Fnia-jax-s-incredible-weight-loss-how-much-the-irresistible-force-lose

Jax lost a whopping 48 pounds in just six months after feeling uncomfortable at friend Charlotte Flair’s wedding. “Me to @MsCharlotteWWE after her wedding: ‘I feel gross & uncomfortable! I want to lose weight’. @MsCharlotteWWE to me: ‘Please let me help you! You got this woman.’ Officially started in October…6 months later, down 48lbs🥺🙏🏽 Sends me killer workouts and motivates me 💪🏾🥺,” Jax tweeted. Nice work!

4. No Glam Squad

Jax takes care of her own pre-ring prep, no glam squad needed or necessary. “I really take pride in doing my own make-up all the time which takes me about 40 minutes, and my hair takes another 15 to 20 minutes,” she told Metro. “Putting on my gear is probably another 15 minutes, so all in all I don’t think an hour and a half is too bad!”

5. Body Type Pride

Jax is proud to represent a different body type in the wrestling world. "I noticed they were always beautiful women but skinnier and smaller than me," she told Refinery29. "I just never really saw somebody like me in the business, and I didn't think that somebody like me would fit in to that business. Maybe a young girl seeing me and not feeling comfortable in her group can feel like, Oh my gosh, look, she went out there and she’s different and I look like her and she’s kicking ass and she’s taking names. Maybe one day I can do that and I should just embrace who I am.”

MMA and UFC fighter Amanda Nunes is displaying the self-confidence that led her to a stellar fighting career. Nunes, 35, shared a picture of herself posing against a green screen in UFC shorts and a tank top, looking tough and ready to fight. “I can do anything!” she captioned the post. Nunes has earned her reputation as one of the most skilled fighters in MMA—here’s how she stays fit and strong for whatever is next.

1. Home Gym

Home,Gym,With,Weight,Rack,,Bench,,Dumbbells,,Resistance,Bands,AroundShutterstock

Nunes’s training gym is an extension of her home. “I'm in a new place, too, so make everything easy,” she tells Laura Sanko on One on One. “Upstairs, I have a place to rest. I don't need to go back home, drive home, and then go back to the gym. So when I'm done with my training in the morning, I stay in my studio upstairs. I have a very nice setup with the kitchen, and living room for rest. Reagan's playground, too. So we have a pretty comfortable gym to stay right after training, get rest, and jump in the next class, you know.”

2. Weight Training Sessions

Nunes’ workout is heavily focused on weight training. “Before beginning strength training, consider warming up with brisk walking or another aerobic activity for five or 10 minutes,” the Mayo Clinic advises. “Cold muscles are more prone to injury than are warm muscles. Choose a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions. When you can easily do more repetitions of a certain exercise, gradually increase the weight or resistance.”

3. New Training Camp

Nunes’ camp is different now she is no longer working with her old team at ATT [American Top Team]. “I’m grateful for everything I did with them, they helped me a lot,” she tells Sanko. “We did great things. But I want to do it on my own now. My training has been great… We've been walking. And the new [coach] is the jiu jitsu coach. He's a fighter too. So that was an easy introduction to my camp too, and amazing. I pretty much keep the same kind of schedule that I used to have when I became a champion. When I become a double champion, of course, I just put in more things, new things, and change a couple of things, but no injuries at all.”

4. Pool Time

Nunes’ social media shows her frequently hitting the pool with her family. “As cardiovascular exercises go, swimming offers a little less wear and tear on the body than other options,” exercise physiologist Christopher Travers, MS, tells Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. “It’s a good choice for just about anyone. When you swim, you’re getting better aerobic capacity, and you’re working your muscles because you’re working against the resistance of the water.”

5. Horseback Riding

Nunes enjoys horseback riding (she really is good at everything). “Recreational horseback riders report a significantly higher sense of physical and emotional well-being and happiness than people who don’t enjoy the companionship of animals,” says the American Heart Association. “More than 80% of riders claim that horseback riding created feelings of relaxation and happiness.”

2. She Does Tabata Style Workouts

“Some workouts that we’ve loved doing that can be done on the bus are Tabatas. I also love turning fitness into a game because why not make it fun but still challenging?” Opera told PureWow. “Tabatas are a four-minute workout that involves 20-second bursts of exercise followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 rounds. You can do so much with it.” Here is an example:

  • Round one: Pushups
  • Round two: Plank with chest taps
  • Repeat rounds one and two until you complete eight rounds.

3. She Does Sumo Squat Games

Opera also has Musgraves play this Sumo Squat game.

  • Complete ten small sumo squat jumps (a sumo squat is just like a regular squat but your stance is wider than hip-width and feet and knees are pointing outward )
  • Hold your squat for ten seconds in the down position
  • Complete nine sumo squat jumps
  • Hold in the down position for ten seconds
  • Complete eight sumo squat jumps
  • Hold in the down position for ten seconds and repeat this formula until you get down to a single rep.

4. She Does Bure Barre

Musgraves told Us that she also like Pure Barre. When she is traveling she brings the DVD with her. “I can do the workouts everywhere.” she said.

5. She Follows the 4 x 4 Diet

Erin follows Opera’s 4 x 4 diet, “a clean, healthy, balanced lifestyle so that they can still enjoy the foods they love, but in moderation.” She is allowed to drink alcohol, except in the week leading up to an award show. But other times, she is allowed to drink. “I’m not saying you can drink as much alcohol as you want, but I try to limit them to two drinks a week, which a lot of people are like, ‘Oh jeez! I need wine every night, that’s bologna!’ But literally you can do that.”

Grace Charis is more than just a golf influencer—she’s a powerhouse on and off the course. Known for blending her love of the sport with a lifestyle that keeps her fit and fabulous, Charis recently shared a video on Instagram, inviting followers to “Come play this par 3 with me!” Decked out in a sleek white visor, matching skirt, and light pink top, she showcased not just her swing but her toned physique. So, how does she stay in such great shape? From perfecting her golf game to hitting the gym, here are the five fitness habits that keep Grace Charis on top of her game.

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Charis keeps herself in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity. Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Swims

Charis likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in Japan. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of health benefits, including building your muscles. “The built-in resistance that water provides helps build muscles and makes you stronger. And because water is more resistant than air, swimming does this faster than land workouts like running and biking.”

She Lifts Weights

Charis shared some of her favorite workouts in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of workouts with weights. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Glutes Bridges

Charis is also seen doing glute bridges in her TikTok. NASM states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Lunges

Charis is also seen doing lunges with weights in her TikTok. Lunges are very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic reports, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Tedeschi likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of videos in her Instagram story highlight of herself using a reformer. Better Health reports, “The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body), balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs, improved stabilisation of your spine.”

She Does Burpees

Tedeschi likes to do burpees to keep herself in shape. She shared this video in her Instagram story highlight of herself doing them. The exercise offers the breath-stealing effect of running in a very condensed timeframe.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tedeschi is seen doing deadlifts with a weight in this Instagram story. Deadlifts are very beneficial. ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”
