90 Day Fiancé Star Anfisa Nava in Bikini Says “Hi” From Hawaii

Anfisa Nava is heating up Hawaii in her bikini. In a new social media post, the 90 Day Fiancé alum flaunts her impressively fit figure in a skimpy bathing suit. “hi from HI 🌺,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Oh my love 😍😍😍😍,” one of her followers commented. “Enjoy sis!” reality star Omarosa commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top diet and fitness tips.
Take a Hike
Anfisa enjoys hiking, a great workout endorsed by the National Parks Service. Physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Pay Attention to Portion Size
Anfisa’s main diet tip? “I just reduced my portion size,” Anfisa told E! News. “I’ve actually been skinny my whole life, but when I moved to the United States I gained about 15 to 20 pounds. The food here is different from the way I used to eat in Russia. In Russia, I would eat home-cooked meals but here I would go out to eat a lot. And I wasn’t really controlling it, I was eating everything.”
Do Cardio
Anfisa maintains that cardio is the key to weight loss. “I was doing the elliptical or the treadmill five or six times a week for 30-40 minutes,” she told E! News. Going for a daily walk – outside or on the treadmill – is a great exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Jet Ski
Anfisa enjoys jet skiing, which is a surprisingly effective form of fitness. Health Fitness Revolution maintains that the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Strength Train
Anfisa’s main form of fitness is strength training. She is not only a weight-lifting enthusiast but also works as a personal trainer. Why should you consider lifting weights? According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
