Jasmine Pineda is running on the beach in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her amazing body in a white bathing suit, prancing down the shoreline. “November,” she captioned the Instagram snap, adding the hashtag #beachdayeveryday. “Your look is definitely goals for me! I can admit when another woman is gorgeous and you are!” commented one of her followers. “Happiness looks sooooo good on you,” added another. “Better than Pamela in Baywatch! Keep on rocking !” a third chimed in. How does the reality star approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. She Struggled with Her Weight

Jasmine.Pineda.3Jasmine Pineda/Instagram

Jasmine revealed in an Instagram post that she struggled with her weight. In July 2022 she claimed she was her “heaviest 134 pounds,” she wrote. She is now 119 pounds, her “ideal” weight. “I was basically eating very badly most of the time,” Jasmine admitted.

2. She Started Lifting Weights

Jasmine started lifting weights, which she claims was “the key” to her fitness transformation. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. She Counts Macros

Jasmine.Pineda.4Jasmine Pineda/Instagram

Jasmine explained in a post that “nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand. What we eat before and after exercise, as well as on a regular basis, can make a large difference in how we feel and how we perform during activity,” she said. She strives for the “right balance of macro and micronutrients,” which may vary depending on your fitness level and the type of activity you perform. “Consuming adequate amounts of macronutrients—carbohydrates, protein, and fat—to fuel our bodies is imperative for optimal exercise performance,” she added. “But if I want a burger, I eat a burger, no regrets,” she previously said.

4. She Does Yoga

Jasmine recently started taking yoga classes. “I’m always open to welcome new life experiences with a heart full of gratitude. I just started new yoga classes and I’m loving this so much. I also love getting to know new people and making new friends. Embracing all the new without forgetting where I come from,” she captioned a post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. She Drinks Coffee

Jasmine.Pineda.5Jasmine Pineda/Instagram

Jasmine is a coffee drinker. She loves her daily cup of Starbucks. “Don’t mess with my Starbies please 😄 If something makes you happy (as far as you’re not hurting anyone including yourself) do it frequently,” she joked in a photo caption. “P.S. you can tag me in your Starbies stories.” According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Genevieve Parisi first made waves last year, when she appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor. She then appeared on last year’s Bachelor In Paradise. Ever since then, her social media following has grown. Parisi just shared a new set of photos from Lido Key on Instagram this week. In them, she posed by the water in a blue swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Give me a clear ocean and a pair of goggles (not pictured) and I’m the happiest ever 🏊🏼‍♀️” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Genevieve Parisi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Took Time For Herself

In an interview with BachelorNation.com, Parisi talked about her experience on The Bachelor. She says that she had to take some time with her loved ones to recover. “It was honestly hard coming back from filming, especially for a few weeks. But seeing my family, being with my friends, and getting rest were the best things I could’ve done. I took time for myself and that’s how I got back into everything.”

2. She’s Grown

Parisi says that being on The Bachelor has helped her grow as a person. She tells BachelorNation.com that being on the show has helped with her mental health and wellbeing. “The biggest thing I learned about myself from the experience is that I’m very emotionally strong. I’ve struggled with anxiety and being on the show tested my patience and my anxiety. But seeing how I got through it made me really proud of myself.”

3. She Wants To Inspire Others

Parisi wanted to use her time on The Bachelor to inspire others. She says that she wanted to encourage others to stand up for themselves as she did. “I just hope that I gave people some confidence to stick up for themselves. I did my best to do that the entire time on the show. I was myself and stood up for myself and my friends when I felt like it was the right thing to do.”

4. She’s More Vulnerable

Parisi tells BachelorNation.com that she knows what she wants in a relationship, and knows what she has to do to get it. “On the show, I realized that I need to be better about opening up, being vulnerable, and letting my walls down. So since getting back from ‘The Bachelor,’ I haven’t done much dating since I’ve been back but I have been more open. That’s really what I learned from the experience is that I need to be more open or I’m not going to get anywhere when it comes to a relationship.”

5. She Swims

Parisi spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She and her fellow Bachelor contestant Rachel Recchia shared this Instagram collaboration of the two of them in a pool. Parisi captioned the post, “Actual Paradise.” She also shared these pool photos, captioning them, “Pool or hot tub?”

90 Day Fiancé star Elizabeth Marie is showing the world she and Ed Brown are still very much together, based on a recent social media post. Marie posted a video of herself wearing a pink bathing suit and she and Brown jumped into a pool together. “Hey babe, can we get a cute video and some photos of us together? love that we can be silly together 😭,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Marie stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s a Runner

Marie is in the best shape of her life after losing 20 lbs in three months, and loves to run marathons. “The benefits of training for a long distance running event such as a half marathon or marathon are many,” says Timothy Miller, MD. “By far the most notable benefits are improvements in cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Other less commonly publicized positive effects are weight loss and mental health changes such as improvement in mood, self-esteem, reductions of anxiety and relationship bonding with training partners. Additionally, an active lifestyle that includes marathon training often stimulates healthier eating habits and quitting smoking.”

2. She Loves Cauliflower

Marie enjoys adding cauliflower to dishes such as vegan cauliflower burritos. “Like broccoli and cabbage, cauliflower’s sulforaphane content has a number of health benefits including reducing the risk of cancer,” says registered nutritionist Kerry Torrens. “Sulforaphane fights cancer in a number of ways including protecting cells from DNA damage as well as inactivating carcinogens. Being rich in sulfur, cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower may support gut health and as a result improve your defense against infection. This is because sulfur supports the production of glutathione which is important for maintaining the integrity of the gut lining as well as supporting its regeneration. As a potent antioxidant, glutathione works throughout the body protecting cells from inflammatory damage.”

3. She Paddle Boards

San Diego-based Marie is a huge fan of ocean sports, especially paddle boarding. “Exercising in natural environments has been shown to have greater benefits for mental health than exercising elsewhere,” says Sergio Diez Alvarez, Director Of Medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle. “This is because it combines the benefits of exercise with the restorative effects of being in nature. Swimming in the ocean is no less the case. It can be relaxing, meditative and reduce stress. In his 2014 book Blue Mind, marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols brought together evidence for why people find themselves in a meditative and relaxed state when they are in, on or under water.”

4. She’s a Dancer

Marie loves taking sexy dance classes as usually she is quite introverted. “What I love about this dance class I take!!! 1 😃 it’s a small business that has truly blossomed,” she captioned a video. “I absolutely love and support small businesses. 2 It’s truly a space where women encourage one another. It’s low lights, and self confidence. I let loose with myself. I’ve never felt uplifted with myself the way I do here. I’m one of the biggest introverts you could ever meet. I’m no professional by any means, but by the end of my class I feel so confident about myself even if it doesn’t meet anyone else’s standards. It’s the funnest cardio I have ever done and boy do my abs and knees hurt the next day.”

5. She Loves To Paint

Marie enjoys dabbling in art, even taking a “date night” painting class with Brown. Experts say creating art offers incredible health benefits. "Creativity in and of itself is important for remaining healthy, remaining connected to yourself and connected to the world," says Christianne Strang, a professor of neuroscience at the University of Alabama Birmingham and the former president of the American Art Therapy Association.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
