Aryanna Sierra is showing off her 100-pound weight loss – in workout gear. In a new social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star looks fitter than ever in an all-black ensemble, sharing some insight with her followers. “Overcoming a lot lately,” she captioned the image. How did the reality star and mom lose all the weight? Here is everything you need to know about her transformation.
1. Consistency
According to Aryanna, her health journey started with consistency. “3 months of prioritizing health and happiness,” she captioned a post, revealing that “consistent workouts,” were a major part of her success.
2. Motivation and Dedication
“Let me tell y’all… working out regularly is almost standard procedure at this point. Healthy eating can still be struggle on some days. The hardest part is the motivation and the dedication it takes to get up everyday and do it for yourself. The bigger picture of it being a life style choice. For me it’s not just going to the gym, it’s lugging Odin, the stroller, snack and drink for him to be content so I can get it in. Most days I am mentally and physically at my best, feeling so good about myself. You have to want it bad enough to make the change for yourself,” she wrote in another post.
3. A “Solid Routine”
“Lowest weight since January of 2019! I always seem to be much more successful during the school year with a solid routine and keeping busy. It’s much easier to hold myself accountable and get my workouts in when there is structure to my days. It’s been slow and steady but 95lbs down. The long term goal is to lose another 25!” Aryanna revealed in another post.
4. Golf
One way Aryanna stays active outside of the gym? Golf. “Bet y’all didn’t know ya girl was on the HS golf team ⛳️” she revealed. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
5. Hiking
Aryanna also goes hiking. “A weekend getaway for Momma seeing great friends in Colorado. 💙🏔” she wrote. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
6. Intermittent Fasting
When it comes to her diet, Aryanna practices “intermittent fasting” and “cleaner eating” she revealed on Instagram. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.
