Ashley Michelle is doing Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her amazingly fit figure in a two-piece exercise outfit while she executes the effective exercise at the gym. She shared the post via her Instagram Stories. What are the exercises responsible for her body? Here is everything you need to know about her workout routine.

1. Strength Training

Ashley.Michelle.3Ashley Michelle/Instagram

In an Instagram video about her routine, Ashley revealed her secrets. “Oh, hey friends. Come to the gym with me. You've been asking for a while what I do at the gym, so I figured I would tell you,” she says about her strength training workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

2. RDLs

Ashley.Michelle.1Ashley Michelle/Instagram

In her recent Instagram Story, she does an RDL. “Now we're doing some single leg RDLs,” she says, referring to Romanian deadlifts. “You know, got to focus on the one glute at a time.”

3. Deadlifts

Ashley.Michelle.2Ashley Michelle/Instagram

Deadlifts are one of the most popular exercises for a reason – they work. “My main lift for the day was deadlifts,” she said. “I feel so strong when I'm deadlifting. I'm just warming up here.” Ashley can lift up to 205 pounds.

4. Hip Thrusts

Hip thrusts are great for the core and the glute – but they aren’t easy. “Now we're moving on to the dreaded hip thrust. God love them, love to hate 'em. But let me tell you, baby, they turn that flat pancake into a peach,” Ashley says. “Never skip your hip thrust ever. No matter how much they hurt. Get all the way down. Squeeze that booty at the top all the way down. Squeeze the booty at the top. Yeah, boo. I was tired, but we did it.”

5. Kettlebell Swings

Ashley loves kettlebell swings. “So I work a lot with kettlebells. I don't know, there's something about them. They just make me feel strong.”

6. Aerial Silks

She Eats Vegetables

Harvard states that eating vegetables is very important. “A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. Eating non-starchy vegetables and fruits like apples, pears, and green leafy vegetables may even promote weight loss. [1] Their low glycemic loads prevent blood sugar spikes that can increase hunger. She Cooks

Another way that Bieberly eats healthy is by cooking. She shared her recipe for pesto in this Instagram video. Bieberly captioned it, “Homemade pesto 🤤 so easy and delicious. Makes for a really tasty dinner. I’ll throw this on top of chicken or just eat as dip with vegetables. Recipe: 3 cups packed fresh basil. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. 1/3 cup pine nuts. 3 garlic cloves. 2-3 tbsp lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend it all up and enjoy. I always double the recipe and freeze the rest in silicone ice cup trays.”

She Swims

Bieberly spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. Bieberly shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself and her family spending time at the beach. She shared this photo of herself swimming while on a trip in Thailand. Bieberly captioned it, “I just want to be a mermaid.”

She Hikes

Another outdoor activity that Bieberly does to keep herself in shape is going for hikes. She did a lot of hiking while in Thailand. Bieberly shared this photo on Instagram of herself in Phuket. According to Piedmont, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers.”

2. She Is a Jiu Jitsu Champion

Susie got her Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2020. “I fell in love with jiu jitsu in Japan. I walked by Paraestra Tokyo Bay everyday for over a year. I would look from outside and wish that I could join but didn’t believe I was capable and I didn’t speak Japanese to even go in to ask,” she captioned a post. Eventually, during her final six months of her two years in Japan, she joined the class. “I had no idea how much it would change my life. I had never loved something so much, I would come to every single class possible. I would race my bike from work as fast as I could to make it to class in time and stay after to watch the advance class to learn more, until one day I was invited to join the advanced class. I spent as many nights and weekends training as possible. I had never worked so hard at something in my entire life - I also had never failed so hard at something in my entire life. 😅 My only regret was not starting sooner.. I wasted a year walking by the gym afraid to go in. (I won’t do that again)” she continued. “Jiu jitsu has taught me so many lessons- one being that you have to keep fighting when you face something tough. I’ve had several major life changing experiences (good and bad) in my personal life that have literally moved me all over and forced me to make tough decisions that took my jiu jitsu journey all over.”

I also got a surprise guest visit by a little cutie on the beach!” she captioned this photo.

4. She Meal Preps with Clayton

Susie cooks and meal preps with Clayton. In this post, he revealed their go-to breakfast sandwich recipe. “Nutrition is a major part of one’s journey toward achieving the body of their dreams! We’ve all heard it’s 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, etc. when it comes to nutrition vs lifting, as far as how important each one is to reaching our fitness goals. It all depends on what your goals are (gain muscle, lose fat, maintain) as far as the exact % breakdown, but nonetheless, we should prioritize both if we want to see results. So give this quick, easy and tasty meal a try next time you have breakfast!” he wrote.

5. She Works Out with Clayton Too

Hawaiian surfing champion Anastasia Ashley previously said she is not into the cold—but this time she’s making an exception to go snowboarding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ashley, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a matching cropped tank top, layering more and more clothes on top of her outfit. “Getting ready for snowboarding means a ton of gear 😝,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Ashley’s many favorite workouts look like.

1. Her Favorite Workouts

Ashley’s favorite workouts aside from surfing are racing and spinning. “I love spinning—I think it is one of the best workouts besides surfing,” she told Surfer.com. “I try and go to the gym Equinox, they have the best classes. I love driving, even though I'm not the best car driver (haha). I like to go out to the desert and drive dune buggies in the sand dunes. I also like to get my race on at K-1 Racing. It's an indoor kart racing course with gas powered cars.”

2. Healthy Hawaiian/Asian Food

Ashley genuinely enjoys healthy foods, especially fresh produce and Hawaiian/Asian cuisine. “I try to eat really healthy,” she told Surfer.com. “I'm not really a fan of junk food or anything super processed. I eat Sambazon Acai all the time. It's a great pre-surf meal. One of my favorite places to eat is Captain Mauris in San Clemente. They have really great fresh squeezed juices and salads. I also love Hapa J's as well. They have great Hawaiian/Asian inspired food and a fun atmosphere.”

3. Bikinis, Not Wetsuits

Ashley will always choose a bikini over a wetsuit. “The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I love going to group workouts with friends,” she told The Purist Online. “I’ve done my share of Barry’s Bootcamp and kickboxing. I also love hiking or biking. The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I like to surf in warmer water. When I’m in a wetsuit, I know I’m on the wrong beach.

4. Twerking Warm Ups

Ashley is infamous for her cheeky twerking warm ups before hitting the surf. “I definitely like to zone out and get excited by making a great playlist and blasting my headphones,” she told Guest of a Guest. “I try not to talk to anyone and focus. I like to do jumping jacks, stretches, and get loosened up for the events, and I'm known to get lost and dance a little!”

5. Role Model For Next Generation

Ashley didn’t have many role models growing up—but she wants that to change. "I want to be out there and show you can be a strong, fearless, independent athlete and be a woman," she told Refinery29. "Growing up, it wasn’t a cool thing to be a female athlete or a female surfer. It taught me to be strong and do what I love.”

Paola Mayfield, the 90 Day Fiancé star, has been many things—an entrepreneur, fitness coach, nutrition coach, model, and now she’s a pro wrestler. The results of her workouts were on full display in a recent swimsuit photo which she captioned with all heart emojis. “😍😍😍 cuanta belleza,” commented fellow wrestler Martibel Payano. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paola Mayfield stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Wrestling Clicked for Her

Mayfield got into wrestling after watching the movie Fighting with My Family. “I have done so many things in my life—modeling, acting. I was a shoe designer and for me I never felt fulfilled. I'm a personal trainer but that is something that I do for people. You know, I love training people. I love helping people with their fitness journey, but what about me? So when I watch this movie and I heard the part, what she was saying, when she gets into the ring, how to feels about it. So it kind of clicked for me. I feel like when I get into the ring, I can be this person, I can be this strong person. I can do so many things in the ring that like me in my normal life, I wouldn't do,” she told The Wrassingh Show.

2. She Says It’s Never Too Late to Try Something New

“I didn't grow up in wrestling. I didn't grow up watching wrestling and it's not common in Colombia. And that's why for me starting, I don't wanna say that I'm starting late because it's never too late to start something that you feel passionate about, because you can do so many things, but what if something else is what you are supposed to do? And I feel that that's me right now: Wrestling. If I knew about wrestling, I would've done this while ago, but the time is right now and I'm here,” she said on The Wrassingh Show.

3. She Works Out Hard

“You normally have three to four classes a week. Sometimes I have to travel to other states to train with other people, because it requires me for what I'm working right now. My current coach is Loki and he's very strict. He's very intense with his training. I'm always learning. Look, when you have passion for something, you just go and learn it and you do everything it takes to actually make it work and make it happen. And that's what I'm doing. And not just that, I also have to do my own training, which is something that requires weights, completely different. So I have to” work hard “to be among the best ones,” she said on The Wrassingh Show.

4. The Show Comes With “Ups and Downs”

“The show” 90 Day Fiancé "comes with a lot of ups and downs. Like I feel like I have got so much hate just to be who I am and in some way it does affect me and it has affected me before. But I have so many awesome fans, that I just love to communicate with them. And when they tell me that they, with my story, I just love them. That's what I, it keeps me up like, okay, I can give bringing the” good times," she told Us Weekly.

5. She Went Vegan

Healthy,Vegan,Jackfruit,TacosShutterstock

As a certified nutrition coach, Paola was “always ready to give my clients the best.” That includes herself. After pregnancy, “I started to feel sick because all of the junk food and the fast food.” She added, “My stomach was hurting, my stomach was always bloated, and I was feeling super super bad, so I went to the doctor.” Finding them no help, she turned vegan and feels better. She also does it “out of respect for the animals.”

I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
