90 Day Fiancé’s Brittany Banks in Bikini Gets in “Pool Day Trouble”

Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits

Brittany Banks is heating up social media this summer in her bikini. In a new social media post, the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her assets in a striped string bikini. “Just a little pool day trouble… but the real heat didn’t make it to IG,” she captioned the video. “You’re looking so pretty🥰” one of her followers commented. How does the star approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1

Hardcore Workouts

Brittany maintains that her body is the result of lots of hardcore workouts at the gym. She is often accused of getting a BBL (Brazilian butt lift) but once responded to a fan:. “Girl, I worked out and ate right. I lost 70 pounds,” she said.

2

ACV and Grapefruit Juice

Brittany makes a drink with grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar to burn fat. “My ultimate go-to drink for boosting my metabolism, flushing fat, & more!” she said. There is limited research that ACV may help to reduce high cholesterol and regulate blood glucose levels. However, it may damage the teeth or throat due to the acidity of the mixture. The best way to take it is by mixing one tbsp of ACV with water and drinking it through a straw.

HIIT Workouts

Brittany does high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. She has also told fans that she walks and does yoga. In a YouTube video, she revealed that she works out first thing in the morning. There is a wealth of research supporting the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and enhanced mental health. It is also time-effective.

4

Healthy Diet

Brittany maintains a healthy diet, starting her day with smoked salmon in the morning and eating it with baby spinach to “get your brain going, your body going,” she revealed in a YouTube video. In general, she likes to pair lean meats with a veggie and a whole grain. Brittany drinks green tea “every morning,” she revealed during a YouTube video. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

5

Twerking

Twerking is part of Banks’ workout routine. “Twerking is one of the best full-body workouts for women. You burn calories and work your muscles simultaneously. You will lose and tone with a healthy diet. Your legs will be so strong! Or get a lazy boyfriend sis,” she said.
