Brittany drinks grapefruit juice and apple cider vinegar to burn fat. “My ultimate go-to drink for boosting my metabolism, flushing fat, & more!” she said. There is limited research that suggests ACV may help to reduce high cholesterol and regulate blood glucose levels. However, it may damage the teeth or throat due to the acidity of the mixture. The best way to take it is by mixing one tbsp of ACV with water and drinking it through a straw.

Do HIIT Workouts

Brittany is all about high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. She also walks and does yoga. In a YouTube video, she revealed that she works out first thing in the morning. There is a wealth of research supporting the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and enhanced mental health. It is also time-effective.

4

Eat Healthy and Drink Tea

Brittany starts her day with smoked salmon in the morning and eats it with baby spinach to “get your brain going, your body going,” she revealed in a YouTube video. She generally pairs lean meats with a veggie and a whole grain. Brittany drinks green tea “every morning,” she revealed during a YouTube video. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

5

Dance

Dance, especially twerking, is part of Banks’ workout routine. “Twerking is one of the best full-body workouts for women. You burn calories and work your muscles simultaneously. You will lose and tone with a healthy diet. Your legs will be so strong! Or get a lazy boyfriend sis,” she said. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
