In a new social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her assets in skintight leggings and a crop top. “Mommy 💜👾,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Gorgeous 😍😍😍😍” commented one of her followers. “Looking good Girly,” added another. 1. Hard Work at the Gym
Brittany maintains that her body is the result of lots of hard work at the gym. She is often accused of getting a BBL (Brazilian butt lift) but once responded to a fan:. "Girl, I worked out and ate right. I lost 70 pounds,” she said.
2. ACV and Grapefruit Juice
Brittany maintains that a certain drink helps her blast fat. She makes it with grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar. “My ultimate go-to drink for boosting my metabolism, flushing fat, & more!” she said. There is limited research that ACV may help to reduce high cholesterol and regulate blood glucose levels. However, it may damage the teeth or throat due to the acidity of the mixture. The best way to take it is by mixing one tbsp of ACV with water and drinking it through a straw.
3. HIIT Workouts
Brittany does regular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. She has also told fans that she walks and does yoga. In a YouTube video she revealed that she works out first thing in the morning. Brittany maintains a healthy diet. She starts with smoked salmon in the morning and eats it with baby spinach to “get your brain going, your body going,” she revealed in a YouTube video. In general she likes to pair lean meats with a veggie and a whole grain.
