Emily Bieberly is best known for her appearance on the hit reality series, 90 Day Fiance. Since then, she’s gained a large following on social media. Bieberly recently hit the gym for a workout session. She shared a photo of herself in her workout clothes on her Instagram story. She captioned it, “Let’s get a workout in.”
She Eats Vegetables
Bieberly makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared this photo on Instagram of a bunch of fresh veggies she’d grown. Harvard states that eating vegetables is very important. “A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. She Cooks
Another way that Bieberly eats healthy is by cooking. She shared her recipe for pesto in this Instagram video. Bieberly captioned it, “Homemade pesto 🤤 so easy and delicious. Makes for a really tasty dinner. I’ll throw this on top of chicken or just eat as dip with vegetables. Recipe: 3 cups packed fresh basil. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. 1/3 cup pine nuts. 3 garlic cloves. 2-3 tbsp lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend it all up and enjoy. I always double the recipe and freeze the rest in silicone ice cup trays.”
She Swims
Bieberly spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. Bieberly shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself and her family spending time at the beach. She shared this photo of herself swimming while on a trip in Thailand. Bieberly captioned it, “I just want to be a mermaid.”
She Hikes
Another outdoor activity that Bieberly does to keep herself in shape is going for hikes. She did a lot of hiking while in Thailand. Bieberly shared this photo on Instagram of herself in Phuket. According to Piedmont, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers.”
