90 Day Fiancé star Kirlyam Cox is taking time off from her busy day-to-day schedule to enjoy some rest and relaxation at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Cox shared a sweet picture of herself posing on a sun lounger in a polka dot bikini and brightly patterned sarong, holding a book on her lap. "My favorite person," a fan commented. Cox has been in the public eye for a decade—here's how she stays healthy and happy.

Cox shared updates on her health and wellness journey on social media. "Is the photo nice?" she captioned a post. "It's ok my people, I know lol. But I just wanted to celebrate with you a goal that I have been accomplishing and that has made me very happy. I started working out a few days ago and not just to lose the weight I need (I'm above my ideal weight) but also to improve my physical and mental fitness. One day at a time 🙌🏻 Little by little I will share with you how things are going. Hope you're as excited as me!"

Cox and husband Adam are still going strong.  "The first thing we usually say to each other when Alan comes home from work is 'Eu estava com saudades!' 'Saudades' has no direct translation in English. It describes a deep emotional state of longing for someone you love. Basically, it means, 'I really, really missed you!'" she says.

Cox loves the cold weather after growing up in a hot climate. "Winter is my absolute favorite season of the year!" she says. "You can get comfortable outfits and look cute at the same time. I think I like winter that much because where I used to live in Brazil it's always so hot. You never have a break. It's always summer. What is your favorite season?

Cox is deeply passionate about art. "I still can't believe I had the immense privilege of observing a piece of art by my dear Frida Kahlo ♥️," she captioned a post. "I was so moved and touched that I was able to have this moment in my life, that to be honest, I can't put into words what it meant to me. I love you, Frida. Thank you for all the lessons and struggles. To be honest, it's hard to find words to explain what it meant to me to be there. I love you Frida! Thank you for all the lessons and fight!"

Cox loves wearing dresses every day. "Do you guys have a to go outfit?" she captioned an Instagram post. "For me, I'll always choose a dress to be mine. In my opinion, they'll always make me feel good about myself, make me feel pretty and feminine. For example, when I tried this one, I was so happy, I took like a million selfs and was dancing around the house."
