90 Day Fiance's Loren Brovarnik Shows Off Plastic Surgery in Swimsuit
Loren Brovarni is showing off her plastic surgery transformation – in a swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the 90 Day Fiance star flaunts her slimmed down figure in a bathing suit just three months after going under the knife for a mommy makeover. "Bikini szn 👙This is 3 months post surgery and no filter. Recovering is going well and I'm beyond happy with my decision to go with @drdevvdo for my tummy tuck, 360 liposuction and a fat transfer. Only way to go! Can't wait to see at the next 3 month check up," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "Looking good babe !" commented her husband, Alexei. "You look great!" added another follower. Aside from plastic surgery, how does the star approach diet and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
Dieting
Earlier in 2023, Brovarnik revealed that she signed up for the Jenny Craig weight loss program to focus on herself and "be a better me." She opted for Jenny Fresh, which comes with three refrigerated meals per day plus snacks. "I'm such a big fan of it," she gushed.
Cycling
Loren does a lot of cardio. Her workout of choice? Cycling. She owns a Peloton spinning bike, which she keeps in her bedroom. "Feeling good, like I should. Not edited. No filter. A working progress and I'm so proud of it!" she captioned a photo showing the exercise equipment in the background. She also rides bikes outdoors. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Strength Training
Lauren spends a lot of time at the gym. She sticks to tried and true weight and strength training workouts. "No filter. Hard work. Dedication. And a good workout partner," she captioned one post from a workout session.
Transparency About Her Health
Loren is open about having Tourette syndrome and has shared about the insecurities that come along with it. She has also shared about having postpartum depression. During a Q&A on Instagram, she confessed that she wasn't fully "prepared" for postpartum depression before becoming a mom, admitting it was "a real thing." "My body dysmorphia, anxiety, tics, insomnia, etc. are at an all-time high because of it," she wrote. "I need to constantly remind myself I just grew a human for months and it's OK to take time to heal and adjust. Patience is a virtue and time heals all."
Supplements
Loren takes vitamins and supplements, which was one of her New Year's resolutions. "Aside from the minty flavor, I like the fact that I understand all the ingredients in them and overall I feel better, not to mention I'm beyond proud of myself! I've also been taking the postnatal vitamins (with dr consent of course). I like the name because instead of a resolution, I just have another daily ritual," she wrote.
