Natacha Karam is currently best known as a standout on the TV series, 911: Lone Star. She recently hit the gym to do some lower body workouts. Karam shared a video on Instagram from it. In it, she wore workout gear that showed off her body. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Natacha Karam stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Boxes

Natacha.Karam.2Natacha Karam/Instagram

Karam likes to box to stay in shape. She has a whole Instagram story highlight dedicated to boxing. Harvard Health states, “Fitness boxing is also a great aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther. Plus, aerobic exercise is associated with improvement in certain brain functions.”

2. She Has A Dog

Karam has a dog, whom she prominently features on her Instagram. According to Harvard Health, owning a dog has physical and mental health benefits. “Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners. There are also many psychological benefits to having a pooch around. Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

3. She Works Her Lower Body

Natacha.Karam.1Natacha Karam/Instagram

As you can see from the Instagram story she just posted, Karam makes sure to work her legs. According to Piedmont Healthcare, having strong legs is important. “Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Experience a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups.”

4. She Swims

Karam likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself in her hotel’s pool. According to the Mayo Clinic, water activities have a lot of benefits. “Aquatic exercise can have many health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength. Exercising in the water can be a great way to add physical activity into your life. It also may be a helpful way for older adults to stay active.”

5. She Hits the Beach

Visiting the beach offers numerous health benefits, both physical and mental. The serene environment helps reduce stress and promote relaxation, thanks to the calming sound of waves and the warmth of the sun. Exposure to sunlight boosts vitamin D levels, crucial for bone health and immune system function. The natural setting encourages physical activity, such as swimming and walking, which improves cardiovascular health and aids in weight management.

If you want a body like Eva Longoria, you are going to have to work for it! The 46-year-old kicked off the week by revealing what an average workout session looks like for her via social media. “I just finished. Bounce, weights, trainer. Never miss a Monday. Never. Miss. A. Read on to see 5 ways Eva Longoria stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does This Squat Combo

Eva-Longoria-2Eva Longoria/Instagram

Because just doing a squat wouldn’t be enough for Eva, she showed off a combination move. In her banded squat to side kick, she wears an exercise band around her thighs, squats, and then kicks a leg out to the side. Then, she squats again, and kicks the other leg out. Want to steal Eva’s workout style? In this clip she wears Buffbunny Collection's Rosa Sports Bra ($48) & Rosa Pocket Bike Short in Vineyard Dark Red ($54).

2. She Also Does This Modified Plank

Most people struggle to execute a standard plank, but not Eva. She is in such fantastic shape that she can do an extremely tough modification, which involves planking and then rotating her body to the side, back into plank, and then to the other side. She shared a video of this move over the weekend. Eva also wore Buffbunny in this workout video, the Revolution Sports Bra ($48) & Rosa Legging in Midnight Navy ($68).

3. Her Leg Workout Is Intense

To kick off 2022, Eva shared a video detailing her leg workout, and it was just as brutal as you might expect. For most of the moves she wore her resistance band to maximize the burn as she squatted, lunged, and kick-backed her way through the routine.

4. Here Is What Her Overall Workout Routine Looks Like

According to another one of Eva’s videos, she starts her workouts with some stretches, followed by some exercises on her JumpSport trampoline—including a variety of crunches. Next, she lifts weights. “I do very heavy weights,” she told Women’s Health in the March 2022 issue. “I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl,” she added. After lifting weights, Eva does some more ab exercises, including bicycles. Finally, she stretches.

5. She Works Out Daily

10th Annual LACMA ART+FILM GALA Presented By GucciAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Eva works out every single day for up to 75 minutes. “If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I’ll go for a walk because I didn’t get to work out,” she told Women’s Health. “Even if it’s just stretching, I need to do something.”

Jena Sims Koepka is working on her core – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the golf wife shows off her strength and amazing body during an exercise circuit. “Cove + Core + Pulling,” she captioned the Instagram video, demonstrating every move in the video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her core workout? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. F45 Workouts

Kirkland,Washington,,August,12,,2019.,Kettlebells,Are,Lined,Up,InShutterstock

Jena is a fan of a popular workout method. “My favorite type of workout is F45,” she told FOX. “It’s just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it’s so loud.”

2. Weight Lifting

“I’m not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I’m like, ‘Scream at me.’ I want to be dripping sweat,” continued Sims. “I want loud music, heavy weights. For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don’t need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial,” she told Fox. “I've been working on just upping my weights a little bit,” she added to Daily Mail. “I can get into this sweet spot and get kind of in a plateau of working out, so I upped my weights after seeing her video because I was so impressed by what she did with her fitness. I'm trying to lift heavier. Trying to build a booty.”

3. Clean Eating

To get in shape for her Sports Illustrated photoshoot, Jena didn’t diet, “ all I'm doing is just eating as clean as I can, but I'm still splurging,” she told Daily Mail. “Like, I had four dinner rolls last night at this charity event as well as my meal.”

4. Pure Barre

Jena also likes to “mix it up” when it comes to exercise. She loves Pure Barre classes, a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet and a “full body, low impact workout” for everybody, according to the brand.

5. Here is Her Core Workout

Here is her latest workout, “such a good series to work the pull muscles and the ABS,” she says.

  1. roll up w/ leg extended
  2. tailbone raises w/ ball between ankles and arms overhead
  3. plank rows
  4. assisted band pull ups

Lauren Kettering is a successful influencer, widely recognized for her dance videos on TikTok. She’s also known for sharing her fitness journey with her followers, regularly posting workout videos on her social media. Recently, Lauren hit the gym with a friend and shared a video on Instagram showcasing their lower body workout routine. Curious about how she stays in such great shape? Read on to discover 5 ways Lauren Kettering maintains her fitness, complete with photos that highlight her dedication.

1. She Works Out With A Friend

As you can see from her Instagram video, Kettering likes to work out with friends. According to Better Health, working out with a friend has a lot of benefits. “Exercising with a friend or loved one can make it more fun, and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan. Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to meet new people. It can even save you money. Exercise with someone around the same fitness level as you so you can spur each other on.”

2. She Does Squats

Lauren Kettering.2Lauren Kettering/Instagram

Kettering does a lot of lower body exercises. In her Instagram video, she is seen doing squats. According to Allina Health, squats are a great workout. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

3. She Lifts Weights

Lauren Kettering.3Lauren Kettering/Instagram

Kettering is seen using weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that lifting heavy weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights increases production of the hormone IGF-1. This hormone is related to the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which is a neurotransmitter responsible for stimulating the growth of new neural pathways in the brain along with enhancing communication between existing pathways. In short, lifting heavy could make you smarter by enhancing cognitive function.”

4. She Does Abductors

Lauren Kettering.5Lauren Kettering/Instagram

Kettering is seen using the abductor machine to work her hips in her Instagram video. Coach.org states that doing exercises like these have a lot of benefits. “Exercises geared toward strengthening the hip abductor muscles can be vital in preserving joint integrity and mitigating the discomfort often associated with hip and knee pain. By introducing movements such as side-lying leg lifts, clamshells, or using a hip abduction machine, individuals can develop stronger, more resilient muscles in this region.”

5. She Works Her Core

@laurenkettering

Little workout for festival weekend🤸‍♀️

Kettering makes sure to work her core. In this workout video she posted on her TikTok, she is seen doing v-sit crunches. The Mayo Clinic says that doing core workouts is extremely important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years… we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get 👑🔥🚀”

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: 💪🏻Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😴 Quality of sleep 🧘♀️ How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. 🙌🏻👑🎄PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! They are amaze! #ThanksMarissa 💋 (Blogging about all the products, will be posting on @bbeautyunfltrd soon).”

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
