Britney Spears is pregnant with her third child, she announced on Instagram moments ago. Her comment in full: "I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back π€·πΌββοΈπ€·πΌββοΈπ€·πΌββοΈ β¦ I thought 'Geez β¦ what happened to my stomach ???' My husband said 'No you're food pregnant silly π€ͺ !!!' So I got a pregnancy test β¦ and uhhhhh well β¦ I am having a baby πΆπΌ β¦ 4 days later I got a little more food pregnant π€°πΌπππ It's growing !!! If 2 are in there β¦ I might just loose it π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬ β¦ I obviously won't be going out as much due to the paps getting their money π΄ shot of me πΈ like they unfortunately already have β¦ it's hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression β¦ I have to say it is absolutely horrible π β¦ women didn't talk about it back then β¦ some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her β¦ but now women talk about it everyday β¦ thank Jesus we don't have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret π€« π¬π¬π¬ β¦ This time I will be doing yoga π§ββοΈ every day !!! She Starts With a Warm Up and Stretching
With 40 million followers on Instagram, Britney shares a lot of her workout videos and routines with her fans. One of the things she always does is start with a warm-up and stretching before moving into her other workouts. She loves to lift and do some reverse crunches and weightlifting in the gym, but she's conscious of warming up first to make sure she's limber and avoids injury.
She Still Dances Like Crazy
One thing you can always see her doing on her Instagram is dancing, still, almost every single day. Her exercise regimen always seems to include a warm-up or cooldown of random dance breaks to keep her in tip top shape. Depending on what she's doing performance wise, at times she's even trained for 90 minutes in addition to five hours of dance rehearsals. There's a reason her body looks like that. Britney Spears will cool down her workouts with core workouts, followed by a little bit of yoga to unwind after a hard workout and stretch out her body. I mean, to me that seems like the work out but for her I suppose that's just a cool down.
She Indulges In Unexpected Treats
Looking at her body, you would think she would be one of the people to say her favorite food is like steamed broccoli or brussels sprouts, but she fully admits that her favorite food is actually chili hotdogs. Pretty shocking, but honestly relatable. Maybe not the chili hotdog part, everybody has their own thing, but the fact that she eats food like that makes us feel like she's a little bit more down to earth than some other celebs trying to convince us that they are excited about their carrot juice.
