She Loves Super Noodles
"I'm obsessed with super noodles. So I post how to make them, what I do with them and then I'll go and try like loads of different ones from different stores," Belle confessed to Heat World about her food obsession that gets her lots of social media followers. "Because people love to see it, I don't know why, but it makes my Story views double. So it's just a little bit of normality on my Story, which people can relate to."
She Practices Self-Love
"You need to be strong in yourself before anything. You need to work on yourself, you need to love you because whether you're great at something, a beautiful person or you're doing well, there's always going to be people that want to tear you down," Belle told Heat World about the advice she would give aspiring influencers. "It's constantly pushed down my neck – filler, surgeries, boob jobs, nose jobs, bum lifts, lip filler, jawline filler, Botox… For me I personally don't feel like I would want to have anything like that as of now."
She Opens Up About Her Self-Harming Past
On her dad, Tamer's podcast Family Business, Belle opened up about her history of self-harm. "It's not something that's easy for me to talk about. I don't mind talking about it but it's not easy," she said, revealing that "when I was a kid I did go through a stage of self harming." She added: "Mental health has been something that has been close to me, and I think when I've worked with young girls, I've seen that in so many of them. It's normal to hate yourself, it's normal to feel like you're not enough, you're worthless, you're this, you're that. Being young and feeling like that about yourself is horrible."
She Regularly Discusses Her Mental Health Struggles
Belle regularly updates her followers about her mental health struggles. "I've probably written and deleted this caption 20 times… I feel like it's about time I spoke out and was honest about my issues as normally I try to keep them quiet as I don't want people to think different of me," she recently confessed. "I've had a long hard battle with my mental health and so many ups and downs, smiles and tears, I'm okay one minute and then I'm not okay the next and as so many of you have asked why I've been so quiet on Instagram I thought I would just try to explain myself, it's because in basic terms, I've needed to take a break. A break from comparing myself, from feeling like I'm not enough, even to getting so consumed by what others are doing and posting. I have for so long kept quiet about the battle in my head as I don't want people to view me different or think I'm weak or some kind of victim." She doesn't "want people to think they are on their own" and "Just because you are strong doesn't mean you can't hurt and cry and be sad," she continued. "Even when you are low you are still strong and whatever you are going through, you will come out stronger than before."
She Exercises
Belle works out with a personal trainer. She shared a TikTok detailing her workout. It includes various squats, lunges, hip thrusts, donkey kicks, battle ropes, and wall sits. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
