Anfisa Arkhipchenko Shares Swimsuit Photo After Winning Bikini Title
Anfisa Arkhipchenko is celebrating her bikini title! In one of her latest social media posts, the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her incredible body and brags about her big win. "About last weekend. Spent an amazing weekend in a city that was my home for about a year and a half not too long ago! It's always nice coming back to San Diego and winning @musclecontest Pacific USA Overall Bikini Champion title here made it so much more special ❤️ Celebrated with a big juicy burger 🍔 and now back to work 💪🏻 Next step is: national stage," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the beauty achieve her award-winning physique? Here are a few of her best diet and fitness habits.
She Hikes
Anfisa spends a lot of time hiking outdoors. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
She Controls Portion Size
Anfisa told E! News that when it comes to diet, she follows a single rule. "I just reduced my portion size," she said. "I've actually been skinny my whole life, but when I moved to the United States I gained about 15 to 20 pounds. The food here is different from the way I used to eat in Russia. In Russia, I would eat home-cooked meals but here I would go out to eat a lot. And I wasn't really controlling it, I was eating everything."
She Does Cardio
She maintains that cardio is the key to weight loss. "I was doing the elliptical or the treadmill five or six times a week for 30-40 minutes," she told E! News.
She Jet Skis
When Anfisa is on vacation, she loves to be active. You might find her on a jet ski, like she is here. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
She Lifts Weights
Anfisa attributes a big part of her transformation to lifting weights. She is a certified personal trainer and is now competing in bodybuilding competitions. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
