Too Hot to Handle's Beaux Raymond Shares Swimsuit Saying "Oh Hi Bump"
Beaux Raymond is showing off her baby bump in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts the Too Hot to Handle star cradles her bump and flaunts her incredible body in a bathing suit. "Oh hi bump x," she captioned the Instagram post with her followers. What health habits are responsible for the mother-to-be's gorgeous body? Celebwell has the scoop.
Boxing and Kickboxing
Beaux fights her way to a hot body. She regularly shares clips of her workouts on her Instagram Stories, which involves a lot of boxing. The fitness form is great for the body because fitness boxing "constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Yoga
Beaux also loves yoga. Why should you follow her pose? Harvard Health recently found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Coffee in Moderation
Beaux drinks coffee in moderation. Should you? Yes, says science. A new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and early death.
Swimming
Beaux also loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Baths and Hot Tub Soaks
In a recent post, Beaux soaks in hot water. Why should you take a bath or soak in a hot tub? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
