Samia Longchambon is an actress, best known for her role on Coronation Street. She also appeared on Dancing on Ice, where she met her husband, Sylvain. Longchambon recently enjoyed a vacation with her family, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore two different swimsuits: a black two-piece, and a leopard print one-piece. She captioned the post, "I know I could've just put some caption about holidays been amazing (which they are obviously), but I feel like we get enough of people 'living their best lives' on here without showing the reality sometimes.. She Believes In Balance
Longchambon talked about her wellness secrets in an interview with GoodTo.com. She says that her family believes in balance when it comes to food. "We eat quite healthily as a family – but we're not 'boring healthy'. We have takeouts, we love a good pizza, but as a rule we eat well and watch the sugar intake and stuff. We don't eat much red meat and if I do buy it, I try to buy organic and free range."
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Longchambon has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. "I always take my make-up off at night," she told GoodTo.com. "As I wear quite a lot during the day when I'm working. I've also started, as I get a bit older, trying to put a night cream on when I remember. But I just find keeping hydrated and getting a good night's sleep seems to work better than any creams."
She Gets Workout Help From Her Husband
Longchambon's husband, Sylvain, is an ice skater. She tells OK! Magazine that she turns to him to help her stay in shape, especially after having her children. "Sylvain came up with an exercise plan as I haven't got a clue. He's got me in shape for my Corrie comeback. What I really like is that because he's a trained skater and athlete, he has different ways of training you."
She Loves Smoothies
Longchambon shared some of her wellness secrets with Express. She says that she and her family all love to make smoothies. "I don't even like the word diet. I just try to eat healthily. We've a brilliant Nutribullet food extractor to make my daughter, Freya, smoothies. I like fruity ones but my boyfriend Sylvain (Longchambon) will do one with oats, soya milk, dried berries, nuts and seeds."
She Doesn't Stress About Her Appearance
Longchambon tells GoodTo.com that she isn't stressing about her appearance. Especially as she gets older. "I try not to obsess about ageing. I have a facial once a month and try to look after myself and take my vitamins and hope for the best really. I've never had Botox but never say never. I said I would never go and do Dancing on Ice but I did it. To be honest, I find the idea of Botox a bit scary so I'd rather stick to drinking water and having a fringe!"
