Ramona also revealed to Us that she likes to hit the court. "I do tennis," she said. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Runs

Ramona hits the pavement. "I run — intermittently. I run for a mile on a treadmill. So it's working," she told Us. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Swapped White Wine for Vodka

Ramona maintains a healthy diet, making smart swaps. "I'm not drinking so much wine anymore. I'm drinking vodka," she said, noting the calories as the main reason. "I love my wine. Don't get me wrong, I still drink the wine but I start off with the vodka," she shared. "Unless I was going to order a really good bottle of wine, I'm not going to get that wine by the glass for 15, 20 bucks," she said. "Unless you get the good bottle of wine, I'm not wasting my calories on that."

She Walks

Ramona walks a lot. "I have to listen to my body, because of my Lyme disease, so what I try to do is go for a walk anywhere from two to four miles a day on the beach. Or, I'll do a walk for a mile or two on the beach and then I'll do a walk along the intercostal. I also have the free weights here in Boca. So yeah, I'm still working out, I eat healthy and I haven't gained any weight," she told Hollywood Life.
