Yara Zara is heating up social media in her swimsuit. TIn one of her latest posts, the 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with her family. "I know she takes care of herself but she was born So gifted. Good Lord. Flawless," commented one of her followers. "Perfect body," added another. How does the reality star keep herself in great shape? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

Warm Water with Lemon and Collagen Every Morning

Recently, Yara shared a picture of a concoction she drinks every morning on an empty stomach. Yara wrote that 20 minutes before her breakfast, she drinks one glass of warm water with lemon. "Added more collagen today," Yara wrote in her story while showing what the drink looks like.

Healthy Diet

On her YouTube channel, Zara maintains that her healthy diet, even while pregnant, makes it easy to stay in shape. In her latest post, she responded to a commmenter who asked about her diet. "A lot of greens and fish or chicken, so boring," she said. For breakfast, she has "something with eggs. Something with salt and not sweets." She claims that she used to eat "something sweet" for breakfast, and it caused her blood sugar levels to spike "to the sky level," leading her to overeat for the rest of the day. After breakfast, Yara says she's "not hungry so much" for the rest of the day.

Running

Yara runs a "minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day," she says in one of her videos. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Burpees

No pain, no gain. In another YouTube Video, Yara notes that one grueling move helps her stay in shape, after someone tried to chalk it up to genetics. "Yeah, burpees and salads are such good genetics," she jokes, showing off her 45-second burpees.

Setting Step Goals

In her video discussing her workout, Yara reveals that she wears an Apple Watch and sets step goals daily. "I was like, 'I have to close the circle," she explains. Smartwatches offer a plethora of health benefits by integrating technology into daily life. They track physical activity, including steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned, promoting an active lifestyle. Heart rate monitoring helps identify irregularities and can signal potential health issues. Sleep tracking aids in improving sleep patterns and overall well-being. Stress tracking offers insights into stress levels, prompting relaxation techniques. Some models measure blood oxygen levels, crucial for assessing respiratory health. Smartwatches provide real-time workout data, enhancing fitness routines. Additionally, they offer reminders for hydration, medication, and activity goals, promoting a healthier lifestyle.
