Country Pop Singer Jessie James Decker Shares Swimsuit Photo of "Beach Baby"
Jessie James Decker is bumping along in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts the pregnant country singer flaunts her growing bump in a white swimsuit. "Beach baby," she captioned the Instagram clip of herself walking in the ocean. While many of her commenters weighed in on the baby's gender, predicting a girl, others took note of the song she chose "Here comes the sun," claiming it was a hint in the other direction. How does the mother-of-three – soon to be four — keep herself fit and healthy? Here are her top health habits.
45-Minute Max Workouts
Jessie works out regularly but likes to keep it short but sweet. "I went to the gym for 30 minutes, and I ran a mile," she told CMT. "I lifted some weights, and that's it." Her biggest tip? "Carve out 30 to 45 minutes of time. At the end of the day, 45-minutes is really not that much of your time," she continued. " I don't love the excuses people provide, 'I don't have time to work out,' or 'I don't need it.' You have time to get a good workout in. Just do it. There are YouTube videos that I will watch. There's such a variety."
Exercising to Eat and Drink Wine
It's all about the right motivation, Jessie claims. "Let's Go, Baby!!! Sweat it out! Put in the work! I work out hard so I can eat good and enjoy my wine 😜 all about balance sweet cheeks!" she wrote alongside one of her workout videos.
Cooking
Jessie loves to cook so much, she has her own cookbook called Just Eat!. "I am such a lover of food," she told Women's Health. "Everyone around me—my friends, my family—knows it; I am a foodie. I think about food when I wake up and I go to bed thinking about if I could have another snack. I just love to eat."
Stairmaster Cardio
Decker is a fan of an old school cardio machine. "I love the StairMaster," she revealing on Instagram. Another butt-shaping move she likes? "Lunges are key, I do 100 at a time," she said
Walking
Jessie has another way she stays in shape without having to spend any money. "I love nice long walks," she said in the clip. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
