UFC Octagon Girl Brookliyn Wren Shares Swimsuit Photo and "Is Magic"

Here are her top health habits to stay in shape. 

Brookliyn Wren is living her best life in Turks and Caicos. In some  of her most recent posts the UFC Octagon Girl flaunts her incredible figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation. "This place is magic," she captioned the Instagram post. "Beautiful lady!!…." commented one of her followers. "Gorgeous," added another. How does she keep herself looking fit and fab? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

She Reads

Wren is a reader. "These are a few of my favorite things," Brookliyn captioned a post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Does Pilates

Brookliyn does reformer pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

She Rides Horses

Brookliyn loves to ride horses. "Thanks to this nice man I got to ride his horse for a minute, and it was the best thing ever," she captioned a post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

She Runs

Brookliyn is a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Meditates

Brookliyn takes time out of her busy schedule to meditate. "I been contemplating, meditating…" she captioned a post. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
