Sharvari Wagh Shares Swimsuit Photo of "Monday Blues"
Sharvari Wagh is starting the week off with a swim – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Indian actress shows off her amazing body in a bright yellow cutout swimsuit, throwing her followers into a frenzy. "Monday blues," she captioned the Instagram post. "Sexy," commented one of her fans. "Stunning," added another. How does the beauty keep herself fit and healthy? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle tips.
Indulge in Self-Care
Sharvari indulges in self-care. "Facials relax me. There is nothing more underrated than a face massage—it wakes you up better than anything else. What really helped my acne are black carbon peels, which I schedule every three months. The accompanying laser treatment lets the liquid carbon bind to the skin, which really lets it penetrate and exfoliate," she told Vogue India.
Cut Out Dairy and Sugar
Sharvari eats her way to gorgeous skin. "My whole wellness routine revolves around my skin. I've given up dairy and I'm trying to eat less sugar," she told Vogue.
Lift Weights
Sharvari exercises regularly. "To balance my hormone levels, I try to work out at least five times a week. I do weight training twice," she told Vogue.
Do Pialtes
Sharvari also does pilates three times a week. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Do Yoga
Sharvari also does yoga. "On a busy day, I try to get 10 surya namaskars done. It increases your heart rate," she told Vogue, adding "plus yoga centers me and reduces my cortisol levels too."
Drink Juice
Sharvari also juices. "My favorite juice is chock-full of hydrating, skin-healthy ingredients too—I blitz spinach, cucumber, mint and amla and drink it every morning," she told Vogue.
