Juliette Shares Swimsuit Photo Looking "Magnífica"

Juliette Feitosa is driving her fans wild with her latest swimsuit snaps. In a new social media post the Brazilian singer and Big Brother star flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while floating in a pool. "For everyone to see: this post has alternative text," she captioned the trio of Instagram photos. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "Magnífica," added another. How does the 33-year-old maintain her fit physique? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle habits.

She Treats Her Mental Health

"My life has never been peaceful, but after the program I have had episodes of anxiety. I'm left in a cold sweat, with my heart in my mouth, a feeling of suffocation," Juliette recently told Marie Claire about her mental health after Big Brother.

She Soaks in the Hot Tub

One way Juliette unwinds is by soaking in a hot tub. Why should you soak in water? Soaking has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

She Jet Skis

Juliette enjoys jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

She Goes for Walks

Juliette also goes for regular walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Rides Bikes

Juliette rides a bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

She Dances

You can always find Juliette dancing, a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issue.
