Natalya Scudder is getting attention in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Below Deck beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the water, throwing her followers into a frenzy. "Small tatas big heart," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. "She's a super model!!!!" commented one of her followers. "1000000%%%%% perfect in my view," added another. How does the reality star keep herself in tip-top shape? Celebwell rounded up her best lifestyle tips.
Swim
Seeing as though she spends a lot of time out on the water, it isn't surprising that Natalya is a swimmer. "Swimming pools," she captioned a photo from one of her swims. In another, she swims with sharks. "Can't even describe how incredible this experience was," she captioned it. Swimming is a great workout, says the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Jet Ski
Natalya also loves another water sport: Jet skiing. She captioned this clip of herself in the ocean "girls gone wild." According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Take Saunas
Nataly recommends heat therapy in the form of saunas. She captioned a post: "sweatin out my bad choices from the weekend." While some claim the health benefits of saunas are plentiful, including detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, there isn't a lot of research backing up the claims.
Go Paddleboarding
Natalya is also a fan of paddle boarding, a great workout for the core and also the heart, according to The American Council on Exercise (ACE). It can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Hydrate
Hydration is also a great health habit of Natalya's. "Milky coconuts," she captioned the snap showing off two electrolyte-filled coconuts. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
