She Uses A Variety Of Skincare Products

Pippen has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with HollywoodLife. Pippen says that she is all about variety when it comes to products. "I'm a skincare junkie; I try everything. I've always gone back to La Mer, but I will go to Walgreens [too]."

She Focuses On Sustainable Eating

Pippen has an amazing figure, and shared some of her secrets with HollywoodLife. She says that when it comes to her diet, she goes to plans that are sustainable. "I don't think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet. Personally, I don't feel like those work. For me it's more it's more about eating healthy and portion control. That's the only thing that lasts forever."

She Eats Healthy

Pippen makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite meals with HollywoodLife.  "For instance, today, I made oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, raisins and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli and brown rice that I'm going to make for lunch. And then for dinner I'll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat."

She Plans Her Meals Out

Pippen makes sure to eat healthy on a regular basis. She tells HollywoodLife that her secret is planning her meals out ahead of time. "I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we're gonna eat. If you're prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you're gonna eat and then you end up eating junk."

She Varies Her Workouts

For Pippen, fitness and diet go hand in hand. She tells HollywoodLife that her fitness is directly affected by what she ate that day. "What you choose to eat is far more important than the amount of exercise you put in. The nutrition aspect helps to provide a balanced lifestyle. You have to do both. You cannot win if you just do one or the other."
