Stranger Things Star Millie Bobby Brown in Swimsuit Enjoys "Cherry Lips, Crystal Skies"
Millie Bobby Brown is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent post the Stranger Things star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "Cherry lips, crystal skies," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. Her fiance, Jake Bongiovi, commented with bride and heart emojis, while other followers commented with fire emojis. How does the young actress approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up some of her go-to habits.
Hydration
Millie is such an advocate of hydration that she recently partnered with Essentia water. She drinks at least half a bottle of water when she wakes up in the morning. "I've always found that hydration is the biggest key to keeping your skin happy and healthy and that is what Essentia's message is, so it felt like the most organic relationship," she told Women's Health.
Eating Whatever Is In Front of Her
Millie claims that she isn't a picky eater. "I'll never say no to anything," she told Women's Health. Her favorite breakfast and lunch meals include huevos rancheros and Greek salad. "[Huevos rancheros] is what I'd get if I'm going to a breakfast place, other than that I am not the type to order an omelet," she added. She also loves Italian food and fruits like apples, pears, mangos, and grapes.
Animal Therapy
According to Millie, spending time with her animals is her go-to form of detressing. "Animal healing is the biggest way to calm down for me, personally," she told Women's Health. Her little zoo includes a pet donkey, goats, five dogs, a cat, and a dwarf bunny named Bellatrix. "Everything revolves around my animals," she added.
Avoiding Wellness Trends
"I don't really follow wellness trends because they come and go so easily," Millie told Women's Health. However she does make sure to hydrate and wear sunscreen. "I drink water right before bed and right as my eyes open in the morning," she says.
Boxing
Millie's go-to form of exercise is fighting. "It's not a training workout. I train to box," she told Vulture. "Obviously I don't want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It's at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It's a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I'm homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I'm obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that."
Self-Care
According to Brown, "wintertime is all about staying inside and self-care," she told Eating Well. "I journal, I read, I'm drinking lots of water. I'm taking care of my skin care, I really value that time of staying in and being with myself: taking baths and hydrating my skin. I've always valued that, but I definitely do it more when it's wintertime, especially because my skin gets so dry in the winter."
