During her strength and weight training session with Ludacris, Eudoxie does a number of exercises, including barbell squats, one leg weighted lunges, jumping lunges, and jump squats – all effective for building her booty.

You can find Eudoxie soaking in a hot bath at the end of a day. Baths have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Eudoxie understands the importance of hydration. Here she is sipping out of a coconut on vacation. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
