Pilates

She also loves Pilates or Forma, Nadin told Sunnies Studios. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." You will also find Christina riding waves. She loves visiting "Siargao now that I've learned to surf. It's just a nice place to be," she told Vogue. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
