Agustina Gandolfo is heating up the kitchen in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post, Lautaro Martínez's wife flashes her washboard abs and shares a few of the healthy breakfast recipes responsible for her amazing body. Mini Workouts
Agustina slips in workouts whenever she can. "Mini Saturday training so you can save and do it while you have little time 🤍. ALWAYS mobility before starting, it's very important to avoid injury and prepare for better training," she captioned a post.
Strength Training
Agustina's go-to form of fitness is strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you develop strong bones, manage your weight, enhance your quality of life, manage chronic conditions, and sharpen your thinking. Agustina's drink of choice is red wine. "From the land of the sun and fine wine," she captioned a post. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

– 50gr of oat flour (I use flavoured)
– Toppings of your choice. (Mine; almond butter, date paste and 100% chocolate chips)

– Toppings of your choice (Mine; banana, 100% chocolate chips and chestnuts)"
