Beth Phoenix in Two-Piece Workout Gear Poses No-Makeup Flex

"It’s about the MOOD.”

Beth Phoenix is a very successful wrestler known for being a WWE Diva. Phoenix shares a lot of workout videos on Instagram. She recently posted a video of herself in workout gear, showing off her abs. Phoenix captioned the post, "GLAMOROUS ain't about the makeup honey. It's about the MOOD." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Beth Phoenix stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Weight Trains

Phoenix shared some of her fitness secrets with WWE. "Other than eating a healthy, clean, natural diet, women shouldn't be intimidated to get into the gym to lift some weights. I know some women are afraid that if they weight train they are going to gain bulk and get really muscular and heavy. But that only happens to Glamazons. As far as weight training, it strengthens your bones, gives you healthy muscles and protects your joints."

2

She Doesn't Over-Train

Phoenix tells WWE that she doesn't over-train herself. "I recommend that women eat healthy, weight train, do some cardiovascular training and as far as mental health goes, I think taking a break is important, too. Over-training can be a problem. It can definitely set you back farther than it can set you ahead. So definitely take that time to relax, kick your feet up and bask in the glow of all your hard work."

Superset withā€¦ Pure Plank leg raisesā€¦SQUEEZE that šŸ‘ 10 reps. Repeat Superset 3-4 rounds. FEEL that heart rate climb!!"

She Does Yoga

Phoenix loves to practice yoga. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a pose, captioning it, "I love you coffee. And also. Here's a quick sequence for incorporating a classic yoga pose into your @gopureplank routine. CrossFit, yoga and many of style of training can be hard on the wrists. Using the Pure Plank not only takes the pressure off of delicate wrist joints, but the stationary handles allow you to apply tension to the arms with push and pull. This activates the biceps and triceps to amp up the calorie burning!"
