Ingrid Klenig is doing some "collaborative team training" – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post Margot Robbie's stunt double shows off her amazing body in  exercise clothes as she engages in some unique martial arts. "ALL about this," she writes in the caption. "So stoked to get to train with you ❤️," commented Sydney Olson. "Love y'a @ingridkleinig !!! Every time you and I battle it's a damn joy," added Shahaub Roudbari. Ingrid is a coffee drinker. "Caffeine, ocean & $1 donation to #rainforestrescue for every #rainforest2reef," she captioned a post. Coffee is healthy – but in moderation says the Cleveland Clinic. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression.

White Wine

Ingrid enjoys a glass of red wine on occasion. While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Hiking

Ingrid is a hiker. "Made it," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Surfing

Ingrid is a surfer, which provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," says Better Health

In her recent post, Ingrid shows off her martial arts moves. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.
