Bethenny Frankel In Workout Gear Shows Off New Beach House

Bethenny Frankel is giving fans a glimpse at her beautiful new beach house in the Hamptons. Frankel, 53, shared a video reel of herself wearing green Aviator Nation workout gear, walking around the property and moving things around. "Unhinged home decor? Frankel is always on the move—here's how she stays fit, happy, and full of endless energy.

Importance of Rest

Frankel believes no fancy products can make up for lack of rest. "The truth is that you never feel better than when you had a good night's sleep, and when you're hydrating, and when you're just calm and rested and settled," she told The Healthy. "There's no cream. I put Nivea on the left side of my face and La Mer on the right. I was more hydrated from the Nivea. I've done it all."

Hydration and Sleep

Frankel keeps her skincare simple but effective. "Good skin-care starts from within, so drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep," she told New Beauty. "My top skin-care tip is to stay consistent and maintain a simple, yet effective regimen… I always make sure my skin care regimen meets my current needs and I like to keep it simple. It's crucial for me to have a routine that I can stick to, especially as a hands-on mom and entrepreneur. Wearing sunscreen daily and using a thick moisturizer at night are staples in my routine."

Growing Older Gracefully

Frankel is comfortable with growing older. "I like being older because you have to be comfortable in your own skin and you get to be that dorky aunt," she told The Healthy. "That's who I am to my daughter's friends. That's who I am on social media. I've embraced it, I get it. I like prioritizing sleep and travel and food. I like curating my life the way that I want it to be and only doing work that I want to do that's very liberating. I'm peaceful. I'm level, I'm happy. The highs and lows are not what they used to be, which is positive."

Sleep Over Formal Exercise

Frankel doesn't have a structured workout regimen—instead she stays as active as possible. She surfs, hikes, paddleboards, and focuses on having fun instead of exercising for the sake of exercising. Frankel says the most important thing is sleep—she will never sacrifice that!

No To Ozempic

Frankel is not a fan of the Ozempic craze. "If you look like you're 25 on a 55-year-old body—and I know I'm thin, so I'm not in a position to really talk about this—but you see the Ozempic [usage] … everybody looks the same and it's weird," she told The Healthy. "People should be fit and healthy, but there's a desperation that is linked to that. I think that's what's bothering people."
