Nia Sharma In Workout Gear Dances To Megan Thee Stallion

Sharma says she taught herself style, wellness, and the best way to work out.

Actress and model Nia Sharma is showing off her Bollywood dance moves in a new social media post. Sharma, 33, shared a video of herself wearing black two-piece workout gear and a pink cropped shirt, dancing in her living room to a Megan Thee Stallion song. Sharma says she taught herself style, wellness, and the best way to work out—here's how the star stays fit and healthy, and what her approach to beauty looks like.

1

CrossFit

Sharma swears by CrossFit workouts, and heads straight for the gym after a day of work. "I have started working out religiously, it's gotten me addicted," she told Pinkvilla. "It's not even the gym, it's functional training."

She's a Winner

Sharma was thrilled to win Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made In India. "Winning the season brought a sense of happiness and satisfaction within me," she told Times Now Digital. "It was also my answer to those people who thought Nia was only about make-up and styling. No, she's not. She is a winner and she has proven it with this win."

Sharma enjoys a healthy diet with plenty of legumes, vegetables, and protein. Her favorite breakfast is eggs and black coffee. "Looking at the nutritional breakdown, one egg contains roughly 75 calories, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein, 0 carbohydrates, 67 milligrams of potassium, 70 milligrams of sodium and 210 milligrams of cholesterol," says the Mayo Clinic. "Eggs are also a great source of vitamins A, D and B12, as well as choline, a nutrient essential in many steps of metabolism."

Beauty Expert

Sharma says she has come a long way when it comes to her hair up and styling. "I get to hear this on social media. If I am putting my energies into looking good, doesn't mean I am not a concrete girl, it doesn't mean I cannot do anything else," she told Times Now Digital. "Also, it took me years to groom myself. I didn't know how to do make-up when I entered the industry, I was a little girl who did not know how to put a kajal."

No Type Casting

Sharma makes it clear she has interests beyond her looks. "So today, if I am killing with my make-up or my looks, as they say, it is an achievement for me," she told Times Now Digital. "But don't underestimate me as the girl who is into makeup and hair. Dude, I am much more than that. This is my humble and modest reply to everyone who mocked me or thought only on those lines."
