Lori Harvey in Workout Gear Asks “Have You Worked Out Today?”

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Lori Harvey is a very successful model. She also has her own skincare line, SKN x LH. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In January, she shared a set of photos from the gym. In them, Lori wore a set of white workout clothes. She captioned the post, “Did you workout today?” How does she stay so fit? She Takes Care Of Her Skin

 

Lori shared the secrets behind her amazing skin with Nylon. “My daily skincare routine consists of my Goji Berry Cleanser, White Tea Toner, Vitamin C Serum, the Peptide Eye Complex, and Niacinamide Cream,” she says. “Those are all from my line SKN x LH. It’s the perfect easy everyday skincare routine. I don’t put on makeup every day; I kind of prefer not to unless I’m going out somewhere. I have been embracing not putting on any makeup and just taking care of my skin. It’s been so good! It’s an overall confidence boost for me, when my skin looks good and it’s clear.”

She Has A Skincare Routine That Works For Her

Lori learned what skincare products work for her, and used them to create her line. “I have rosacea, which is a condition where your skin gets extremely red, you can breakout, you have like little acne bumps,” she tells Nylon. “It’s not fun. Growing up, I was trying all these things and I was kind of messing up my skin by using products that weren’t really for sensitive skin, like using super strong exfoliators. As I got older, especially having makeup put on and taken off my face for shoots, my skin was really going through it. So I was like, ‘You know what, I am going to start my own skincare line, I can do this. I can create an easy, step by step routine for people like me.'”

She Uses Clean Products

Lori tells Nylon that she likes to use clean products on her skin, and in her skincare line. “We don’t use any synthetic fragrance or coloring. No parabens, no sulfates, no petroleums; it’s vegan and cruelty free. Most importantly it’s suitable for skin types, and we are especially catering people that have symptom of rosacea. I wanted to start with what I use every day on my skin already. Literally, we have step one, step two, step three, step four, step five on our bottles on the packaging. So it’s super easy for the person that is a skincare enthusiast or the person that doesn’t really know the first thing about skincare.”

She Takes Vitamin C & Celery Juice

Lori also shared some of her wellness secrets with Nylon. “Every day when I wake up on an empty stomach, the first thing I’ll do is drink celery juice and I’ll chase it with a vitamin C shot.” she revealed. “I get them from a spot in L.A. called Kreation. I love them. I think that really jump starts my digestive system and it’s good for my skin as well.”

She Does Pilates

One thing Lori does to keep herself in shape is Pilates. “I have an old knee and an old back injury that messes with me sometimes,” she said to Vogue. “So it was getting hard for me to do the gym thing every day. So, I was like, ‘Okay, I’ll try pilates, I think I can handle it.’ When I tell you I literally died, I have not had a harder workout in my life. I was shaking. I felt muscles I didn’t even know existed. I just got hooked and intentionally set a goal for myself. I was like, ‘I’m going to have [visible] abs.'”
