She Used Fitness To Help Her Heal

In a YouTube video, Woods opened up about her fitness journey. She revealed that she used working out to help her deal with the loss of her father. "19 years old, losing a parent, losing a loved one, is not something you think you have to deal with … there's no right or wrong way to deal with it. But, it was so triggering for me and my trigger was getting myself to the gym. That completely changed my life and that moment got me to the gym. Gym became my therapy. Gym became the thing I looked forward to. And, not only was it helping me emotionally, but it was physically changing my body and making me feel better."

She's Not Defined By Bad Things

In her YouTube video, Woods talked about the loss of her father and what she's learned from it. She says that she learned to not be defined by bad things in her life. "Even though it was probably the worst thing I've had to go through, I learned that the bad things that happen to you don't have to define you. Even though they do define your character, who you are, you always have to learn and grow through it."

Woods is all about body positivity. She talked about this in her YouTube video. "Body positivity is loving the skin you're in and wanting to be the best version of yourself. Yes, I'm body-positive. And, yes, I'm kicking ass because I want to feel good and look good. After something like that you realize you can't take your health for granted."

She's Consistent

Woods makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She talked about this in her YouTube video. "Start tomorrow because … when Monday comes you're not going to do. At least, from personal experience, if I push it off to Monday I'm not going to do it … Your health is not a game. Don't compare yourself to anyone else. You have to be consistent, weight loss does not happen overnight. If you stay consistent, you will see the results. The results are in the work."

Woods has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips in the caption of this Instagram selfie. "A lil fresh face for your TL," Woods wrote. "My tips for glowing skin- Maintain healthy relationships (cut em off if they're not actin right) , tay hydrated internally and externally (drink more water and don't be ashy) , give your skin time to breathe, don't sleep in your makeup , limit dairy products, & exfoliate (don't be crusty) ‼️"
