Kealia Watt is married to former NFL star, JJ Watt. She is also a professional soccer player. Her family is on vacation in the South of France, and she shared some photos from the trip on Instagram. In them, Watt is seen on a boat, spending time outside, enjoying ice cream, and spending time with her husband. She captioned the post, "South of France with my personal photographer (JJ)." She Plays Soccer

Watt plays soccer, and she tells ET that sports have taught her and her husband a lot. "Sports have taught us so many important lessons throughout our lives. You have to learn to work and get along with teammates. You get to meet all different personalities and people. They teach you how to be tough and do things you don't always want to do."

She Golfs

Watt likes to play golf to stay in shape. She shared this photo and these videos of herself on the course on Instagram. Better Health states that golf has a lot of benefits. "Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you'll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you'll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more."

She Meditates

Watt shared some of her favorite self-care practices with ET. She says that she likes to meditate. According to The Mayo Clinic, meditation has a lot of benefits. "Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health. You also can use it to relax and cope with stress by focusing on something that calms you. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace."

She Drinks Water

Watt tells ET that she makes sure to drink enough water each day. Harvard Health states that this has a lot of benefits. "Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly. The Harvard Medical School Special Health Report 6-Week Plan for Health Eating notes that water has many important jobs, such as: carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells, flushing bacteria from your bladder, aiding digestion, preventing constipation, normalizing blood pressure cushioning joints, protecting organs and tissues, regulating body temperature, maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance."

She Has Support

Watt and her husband make sure to support each other. She talked about their relationship in an interview with ET. "We have both faced different challenges throughout this process and are so inspired how we both have responded. … We are both so proud of each other's work ethic and commitment to our son as well as our jobs. … J.J and I have really tried to be present with the time we get to spend together. We love going to dinner and love watching and critiquing our favorite shows."
