Rodríguez likes to cycle, as seen in this Instagram post of her biking and swimming, enjoying the outdoors. According to Better Health, "it only takes two to four hours a week to achieve a general improvement to your health. Cycling is low impact, good for strength and stamina, a fun way to get fit, and time-efficient."

Strength training

Strength training is an important part of Rodriguez's schedule. According to the Mayo Clinic, "lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age." It can lead to stronger bones, weight management, enhancing quality of life, help to manage health conditions, and more.
