Azteca Deportes Reporter Inés Sainz in Two-Piece Workout Gear "Trained Early"

Dig into her fitness routine, cooking habits, and love for walking.

Inés Sainz, a prominent sports reporter known for covering major boxing events, recently shared her pre-fight ritual on Instagram. In the post, Sainz was seen hitting the gym and cooking a healthy breakfast, captioning it, "Batteries recharged for the night." Alongside her rigorous work schedule, Sainz prioritizes fitness, healthy eating, and walks to stay in shape. Whether she's cooking nutritious meals or sticking to a structured workout plan, Sainz inspires her followers to live a balanced, active lifestyle.

1

She Cooks

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sainz loves to cook. Harvard Health reports that cooking can help you eat better. "The more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention."

She Loves Tomatoes

Sainz is seen enjoying tomatoes in her Instagram post. And according to The Cleveland Clinic, they are a very healthy food. "A fruit that's often mistakenly called (and prepared like) a vegetable, tomatoes offer fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate and more. And the bright red color of a ripe tomato isn't just a feast for the eyes. The color comes from lycopene (giving tomatoes their red pigment) and beta-carotene (contributing the orangey glow), two antioxidants responsible for some of the health benefits of tomatoes."

She Has A Dog

Sainz has an adorable dog, whom she featured in this Instagram post. Harvard Health reports that having a dog has a lot of benefits. "Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners. There are also many psychological benefits to having a pooch around. Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed."

She Walks

Sainz likes to walk to stay in shape. She shared this photo and video on Instagram of herself walking down Rodeo Drive. Harvard Health states that walking has a lot of benefits. "Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight. Among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half."
