Jackie Redmond is enjoying the mountains in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the WWE host shows off her fit figure while in Banff, Canada. "Mountain Files. 🏔️⛰️," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Jackie told the Toronto Sun that she is a coffee drinker. "We run on adrenaline and caffeine," she joked. "Green screens and coffee beans," she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Wrestling

Redmond was so obsessed with WWE when she was younger, she signed up for her amateur wrestling team in the eighth grade. "I did!" she told the Toronto Sun. "And I won a gold medal. Listen, I'm not saying I could run the ropes now and it was a different type of wrestling, but WWE did motivate me to actually join the wrestling team at school."

Challenges

Jackie is all about fitness challenges. At the end of the year, she sets goals and vows "to make the MOST of it & FINISH the year STRONG!" she wrote in a Facebook post. I've officially set 3 goals for myself in 3 different areas of my life. 1. Complete @thebarnfit 8 week challenge w @emmett_blois (Psst you may be able to join us for the final 4 weeks.) 2. Wake up every day BY 6AM. 3. This ones private. Lol But I want to challenge YOU to set some goals NOW! We don't have to wait for January 1st to get after it. Let me know your goals for the last two months of 2019 in the comments and honestly, let's hold each other accountable !!"

Strength Training

Jackie also hits the gym for strength training sessions. "Big Rep. 🐍," she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Jackie enjoys getting outside and hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
