WWE Host Megan Morant in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Today Was a Good Day"

"Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other."

Megan Morant is celebrating the end of a great day – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the WWE host shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while expressing gratitude. "Surround yourself with people that push you to do and be better. No drama or negativity. Just higher goals and higher motivation. Good times and positive energy. No jealousy or hate. Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other," she wrote in the Instagram post, quoting Warren Buffett. "A year ago, I met @_knighttraining and knew immediately she was my kind of person. Now, I can't imagine life without her. My coach. My role model. My boss lady queen. My friend πŸ’œ today was a good day!" How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.Β

Golf

Megan is a golfer. "Growing up my dad taught my sister and I how to golf at a young age so we could eventually start working as caddies the same way he did as a kid. Every single summer we were at the golf course at 6am and stayed until we got a loop. Sometimes the loop never came, but we sat up there all day praying a member would come. It was at the golf course that I learned so many valuable lessons: how to read greens, shoot the moon in hearts, play Texas hold 'em, talk the talk with members on the course, and hold my own as one of just a few female caddies. Caddying is the greatest job a kid can have. When you're a caddie you're a lot of things: a weatherman, geologist, psychiatrist, best friend, and sometimes the one to blame when a shot doesn't go as planned. You learn how to deliver bad news, stay positive, and offer solutions. I learned how to listen and to know when it was my turn to speak. You don't hear of many kids caddying these days and it's a damn shame. I grew up on that golf course and even now, every time I'm out there, I'm reminded why this is such a great game," she captioned a post.

"Today I competed in the 3rd Annual @donorgames just 11 weeks after donating my kidneyπŸ’š As a distance runner and non weight lifter, I was totally out of my comfort zone, but I had an absolute blast trying to keep up all of these badass warriors πŸ’šπŸ’ͺ hopefully next year I can bench more than 55lbs 🀣🀣🀣 I think I'll stick to running!" she captioned a post.Β

Megan also gets her steps in. Here she is "walking the beach," she wrote in an Instagram post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
